for the measurement of electricity and how the determination of damages against unauthorized
subscription delivery, unauthorized, unauthorized transfer or unauthorized
distribution of electricity

The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to section 98, para. 1 (b). and)
Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and public administration
in the energy sectors and on amendments to certain acts (the energy

§ 1
Ways to measure electricity
(1) ensuring the electricity metering installation, operation, service,
inspection and maintenance of measuring devices, including devices of mass
remote control, reading, processing, transmission and storage of data

§ 5

§ 6
The conditions for electricity metering
