The Ministry of transport and communications (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined in accordance with section
62 of Act No. 247/2000 Coll. on obtaining and improving vocational
eligibility to drive motor vehicles and on changes of some acts,
as amended by Act No. 478/2001 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and
modifies the

TEACHING AND TRAINING
TITLE I OF THE
§ 2

TITLE II
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO TEACHING AND TRAINING, THE CONTENT AND SCOPE OF TEACHING AND TRAINING
§ 3
Application for admission to teaching and training
(Section 13 (6) of the Act)

r) equipment for the safety of the vehicles, in particular the use of safety
belts and restraint systems, active and passive safety factors

§ 5
The content and scope of practical training to obtain a driving licence

TITLE III
TEACHING AND TEACHER TRAINING
(Article 23, paragraph 3, of the Act)
§ 6
Basic training for teachers in teaching and training
(1) basic training for teachers teaching and training is focused on

§ 7
Test teaching and training of teachers
(1) a test of the teaching and training of the applicant to obtain professional

§ 8
Professional certificate
(Article 21, paragraph 1, of the Act)

(§ 27, paragraph 5, of the Act)

Registration book

§ 10
Class book

§ 11

§ 12

§ 13a

§ 14
Basic and advanced training for driving examiners
