about the requirements for the minimum technical and material facilities of medical

equipment and home care contact



The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of Act No. 372/2007 Coll.

health services and conditions of their provision (law on

health services), to implement section 11 para. 6 of the Act:



§ 1



(1) General requirements for minimum technical and material facilities (hereinafter referred to as

"technical and material facilities") of medical equipment are set out in

Annex 1 to the present Decree.



(2) additional requirements for technical and material facilities of medical

device



and outpatient care) are set out in annex 2 to this Decree,



(b)) a day care are set out in annex 3 to this Decree,



c) inpatient care are set out in annex 4 to this Decree,



d) pharmaceutical treatments are laid down in annex 5 to this Decree,



e) medical transportation services are set out in Appendix 6 to this

the Decree,



f) emergency medical services are set out in Appendix 7 to this

the Decree,



g) transport urgent care are set out in annex 8 to

§ 2



(1) the health care facility in which the provider of health services

(hereinafter referred to as "provider") is entitled to provide health care services at the date of

entry into force of this order, shall be equipped with technically and materially

§ 3

Annex 1



General requirements to the technical and material equipment of medical institutions



1. Medical device must in terms of construction and technical requirements

on the premises and their functional and layout allow functional

4. Preparation for the performance means the room where the patient is being prepared

14. If the medical device is equipped with devices or apparatus,

proven functionally fully replace the technical and material facilities

listed in part I of this annex or part of it and it makes them redundant,

as follows replaced equipment or part thereof shall not be required.



15. If the equipment of the individual offices of physicians, workplaces

other health care professionals and other professional workers and

other operational space of medical device out-patient care
