PART THE FIRST
THE JOINT STOCK COMPANY CZECH RAILWAYS AND THE RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION, STATE ORGANIZATION

TITLE I OF THE

Part 1
Basic provisions
§ 1

Part 2
The founding and the formation of a joint-stock company Czech railways
§ 3

§ 6
The emergence of the joint-stock company

§ 8

§ 11
Social Fund

§ 12

TITLE II
THE RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION

TITLE III
COMMON AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Transition of the rights and obligations of the labour relations
§ 34
The rights and obligations of the Czech railways, State Organization of labour

ensure the operation of the railway infrastructure and operation

§ 38a

transport in the cases provided for by the implementing legislation and do
measures for their prevention, ".
3. In section 49, paragraph. 3, the following point (e)), which read:
"e) to delete the detected shortcomings in the occurrence of incidents,
their causes and harmful effects and within the deadlines set to receive

7. In article 66, paragraph 5 is added:
