of 9 June. December 2013
for the implementation of legal measures in the Senate on tax on the acquisition of immovable property
The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with § 15 para. 6 legal measures
The Senate no 340/2013 Coll., on tax on the acquisition of immovable property:
PART THE FIRST
BASIC PROVISIONS
§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2
Division of land
For the purposes of this Ordinance, the land for which the guideline value is determined,
divided into

1. land in a built-up area of the village established pursuant to the building Act,
2. land or land as defined and specified files to the location of the building
planning, regulatory plan, public service agreement
replacing the zoning or land use agreement,
3. land recorded in the land registry in kind land built-up

land built-up construction and other lots as a rule under the common
fencing, forming a functional unit with the building or unit,
(b)) of the selected agricultural lands, which are agricultural land under section

Part 2
Procedure for determining the guideline values for an urbanized land
§ 3
The indicative value of an urbanized land
The indicative value of an urbanized land shall be determined according to the formula

A partial guideline an urbanized land
A partial guideline an urbanized land shall be determined according to the formula

§ 5
Unit guide value an urbanized land in the award-winning price
a map of the village of building land
(1) the unit guide value an urbanized land in the award-winning price
a map of building land of the municipality shall be determined according to the formula

The indicative value of the selected agricultural parcel shall be determined according to the formula

§ 11
The indicative value of other land
The indicative value of other land shall be determined as the guideline

COMMON PROVISIONS
§ 17
Floor
(1) for the purposes of determining the guideline values for the split level means the part of the construction of

pětimístným code number expresses the main soil and climatic
conditions that affect the production capability of agricultural land and its
economic evaluation.
The first digit of the code BPEJ means belonging to the climate of the region (0-
9), second and third digits defined relative to the respective main soil
Unit (1-78), the fourth digit provides a combination of slope and
the exposure of the plot to the Cardinal (0-9) and the fifth digit specifies the
the combination of the depth of the soil profile and its skeletovitosti (0-9).
