The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 7 para. 3,

§ 7, § 23 para. 3, § 26 para. 4, § 31 para. 1, § 71, § 83 para. 5, §

paragraph 84. 3, § 85 para. 3 and section 91 paragraph 2. 1 of the law No. 561/2004 Coll.

pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education

PART THE FIRST



SECONDARY EDUCATION



§ 1



Types of secondary schools



Types of secondary schools according to their focus for the purposes of marking

they are: high school, secondary school, secondary vocational school,

school, secondary agricultural school, gardening

school, secondary school, secondary forestry wine school, fishing

school, medical school, hotel school, teaching

school, secondary art school, secondary school of aplied arts,

Business College, technical school, vocational school and practical school.



§ 2



The number of pupils in a secondary school, in the classroom and the rules for dividing and joining

classes in education



(1) the lowest number of pupils in the school with a full complement of 60 years.

§ 3



Evaluation of the results of education of pupils on the school report

§ 4



Rules for the evaluation of the results of education of pupils

§ 5



Individual educational plan

§ 7



Recognition of the comprehensive education of the pupil

§ 8



Recognition of partial education pupil



For partial pupil's education is considered to be the passing of only some

years of other secondary schools, conservatories, colleges or

high schools in the Czech Republic or abroad, or other education,

Educational measures

Theoretical teaching



§ 11

§ 12

§ 17



(1) high school may, in accordance with the school's educational program:

PART TWO



EDUCATION IN THE CONSERVATORY

§ 19
