DECREE



from day 1. March 2011



on the activities of health professionals and other professional workers



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 90 para. 2 (a). e) of the Act

No 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and recognition of competence to perform

paramedical professions and to pursue activities related

with the provision of health care and amending certain related laws

(the law on the paramedical professions), as amended by Act No.

125/2005 Coll.:



PART THE FIRST



GENERAL PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree sets out the activities of health professionals, and other

§ 2



Definition of terms



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE HEALTH CARE WORKERS AFTER OBTAINING A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION



§ 3



The activities of the health care professional with expertise
