The Ministry of the Interior, pursuant to section 101 (a). and) Law No 133/1985 Coll., on

fire protection, as amended by Act No. 237/2000 Coll., provides for the implementation of section

paragraph 65. 8 (a). and), c) and (d)), section 70 paragraph. 6, § 72, paragraph. 7, section, paragraph 88. 2,

section 91 paragraph. 1 and section 93, paragraph. 3 of Act No. 133/1985 Coll., on fire protection,

as amended by law No 40/1994 Coll., Act No. 203/1994 Coll., Act No.

163/1998 Coll., Act No. 71/2000 Coll. and Act No. 237/2000 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as

the "law") and in accordance with § 25 paragraph. 2 (a). and Act No. 238)/2000 Coll., on the

UNIT OF FIRE PROTECTION



TITLE I OF THE



AREAL COVERAGE OF THE TERRITORY, THE COLOR MARKING OF VEHICLES, INTERNAL ORGANISATION AND

UNITS OF FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT



§ 1



Organization of the area cover the territory of units of fire protection



[To section 65 paragraph 8) of the Act]

§ 2



Color marking of vehicles, ships and aircraft units

THE METHOD OF ESTABLISHMENT, INTERNAL ORGANISATION AND EQUIPMENT UNITS

§ 3

Internal organisation units



§ 4



(1) Unit consists of fire-fighting equipment and material resources of the fire

TITLE III



ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT IN UNITS

§ 9



Organizational management

§ 12

§ 17
