The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 81 para.
11 and section 113a of the paragraph. 2 Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary,
secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by
Act No. 179/2006 Coll., Act No. 242/2008 Coll. and Act No. 49/2009 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 1
Basic concepts
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2

PART TWO
THE COMMON PART OF THE GRADUATION EXAMS
An exam of the Czech language and literature
§ 5

§ 6

§ 7

§ 8

PART THREE

§ 14

§ 15

§ 17
Written exam

PART FOUR
THE DIFFERENCES HOLDING BACCALAUREATE FOR PUPILS WITH THE AVOWED SETUP
THE CONDITIONS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE BACCALAUREATE
section 20
(1) an adjustment to the conditions for holding a baccalaureate

the holding of graduation exams are assigned to each group to
the basis of the assessment of school counseling device.
(6) the pupils with the avowed setup conditions for holding a baccalaureate

§ 19a
Replacing a foreign language exam

level B1 or higher level according to the common European reference

PART SIX
REVIEWS OF THE TESTS

§ 48

§ 49

§ 51
