The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 81 para.

11 and section 113a of the paragraph. 2 Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary,

secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by

Act No. 179/2006 Coll., Act No. 242/2008 Coll. and Act No. 49/2009 Coll.:



PART THE FIRST



GENERAL PROVISIONS



§ 1



Basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2



(1) graduation exams are held in spring and autumn a trial period

THE COMMON PART OF THE GRADUATION EXAMS

§ 5

§ 6

§ 7

§ 8

§ 11

PART THREE

§ 14

PART FOUR



THE DIFFERENCES HOLDING BACCALAUREATE FOR PUPILS WITH THE AVOWED SETUP

THE CONDITIONS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE BACCALAUREATE



section 20



(1) an adjustment to the conditions for holding a baccalaureate

the basis of the assessment of school counseling device.



(6) the pupils with the avowed setup conditions for holding a baccalaureate

§ 19a



Replacing a foreign language exam

tests in accordance with the Education Act stating that the language proficiency of the student on the

level B1 or higher level according to the common European reference

framework for languages.

PART SIX



REVIEWS OF THE TESTS

§ 32



A record of the transmission and storage of the test documentation record



(1) a record of the transmission of the test documentation shall be recorded in the acts referred to in

§ 11 (1) 3 to 5 and in accordance with § 13 para. 1 and 2.



(2) a record of the transmission of the test documentation shall include the name or

name, surname and signature of the teaching, the name or names,

last name and signature of the recipient, the exact description of the passed test

the documentation, identification numbers transmitted to the safety deposit boxes is

testing documentation, date, hour and place of passing the test

documentation.



(3) a record of saving the test documentation is proof of how to save

safety deposit boxes the test documentation, and waste management and

contains the name or name, surname and signature of the person who

safety deposit box, imposed or drew, date, hour and time saving

meet the conditions for the exercise of the function of the assessor for the test

the subject matter, the Director may designate a school to function and another of the evaluator in

PART ELEVEN



THE PRECONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMISSIONER, THE EVALUATOR AND THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY,

CERTIFICATES AND DATES OF APPOINTMENT



§ 42



(1) the Commissioner may be appointed as teachers, which

§ 44



(1) the Commissioner shall be appointed by the Center for the school, for the spring test

the period to 28. February and for autumn trial period until 30. June.



(2) the contracting authority and the common part of the oral examination of the evaluator and evaluator

the written work of Czech language and literature shall be appointed by the headmaster for the

Spring and autumn trial period no later than one month before the date of

the venue of didactic tests and written work.

§ 47

INDIVIDUAL TEST



§ 48

§ 49

§ 50

PART FIFTEEN



COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS



§ 51



Common provisions

(ZP-3-14-A, ZP-3-16-A, ZP-3-20-and-3-26,-A,-3-BR-A)-students with severe

Visual and/or parallel disabilities more defects of different etiology, who

they have more serious difficulty reading normal text (without modification) and with writing
