§ 87

(1) To ensure the operational safety of railways and railway transport
to carry out regular inspections and measurements of buildings Railways. Interval
inspections and measurements specified in Annex No.1.

(2) The results of inspections and measurements must be recorded in electronic form
. The record must indicate the date of execution of the act, place and type
reviewed structures or facilities, the state determined, the proposed measures
the name of the employee who did the act or persons authorized to
implementation of these acts. Records must be kept so that they can not be
subsequently repaired, amended or modified.
Must be kept for five years.

(3) For rails, switches and trackwork must be ensured

reducing the stability and strength of the track substructure or superstructure
ground cableways.

(7) The operational capability of supporting and moving ropes cableways must be inspected
non-destructive tests
persons authorized to perform those tests. This inspection must be written in the book
ropes under paragraph 2

(8) Lana Railways rope for transporting persons must be decommissioned, if

A) load-bearing section of the rope is reduced below the allowable limit under paragraph 10

B) they were broken and only two neighboring shaped wires in one place with ropes
enclosed structure,

C) for six or osmipramenných lan occurred in one location rope break
more than half of the visible wires outside layer of one strand,

D) significantly prolonged the rope against the previous period,

E) there was a local narrowing rope

F) the result of non-destructive testing cables showed that the rope is
unfit for continued operation,

G) deformation occurred on the rope.

(9), tensioning and equalizing the rope must be replaced irrespective of their condition
latest after six years of use.

(10) Requirements for permissible reduction of carrier-section of the rope caused
visible wire breaks, wear, corrosion, releasing a fixed bundle of wires in the rope
and their damage is considered satisfied when the data contained in
Compliance with harmonized technical standards governing security
requirements for passenger transportation by rope or part-2a), which includes
detailed technical requirements.

(11) When a defect is found on a cableway, which endangers or could endanger the safety of operation
track or rail transport, it is necessary to immediately stop the
cableways.

(12) before making geodetic measurements to determine the state railway constructions
rope must be verified by the actual position of height and direction signs
designed to measure. Based on the survey results, it is necessary
take necessary action.

(13) geodetic control structures cableways must be made within the time limits set

under headings 119 to 121. the controlled parameters of the building
cableways are set out in Annex no. 7. Project documentation of all newly implemented
passenger cableways (new or transferred), suspended
ground and must include tolerance of all controlled parameters.
Tolerance controlled parameters in cableway realized ago

Validity of this Order shall be deemed fulfilled when the data
in accordance with harmonized technical standards governing security
requirements for passenger transportation by rope or part-2a), which includes
detailed technical requirements. Comparison of test parameters
done with the data found in the previous inspection and surveying
simultaneously with the data found in the output geodetic control. For
output geodetic control of the transmitted data is compared with data
by the project. Technical Report on geodetic control must include:

A) details of all test parameters and their evaluation

B) input values for test parameters

C) verification of the results of geodetic work-5a).

(14) In the case of exceeding the tolerance to any of the parameters tested in accordance with paragraph 13
assess the results of geodetic control authorized
designer who establishes whether a ropeway
eligible for public use.

(15) Maintenance and repairs may only be used components and materials
by their quality and design meet the requirements of technical documentation
and technology supplied by the manufacturer and cableways.

(16) After repairing equipment cableways must be inspected and
measurements to the extent that is necessary to determine the safety and reliability
cableways.

(17) on the execution of splicing, repairing cables, pouring tips or clutch
necessary to establish the technical report and documentation, including photographs
and archive these documents to exchange relevant rope.
Carry out activities pursuant to the first sentence may only professionally qualified person.

A.

Transience of rolling stock and track class load

First Information about the passage capability of one of the basic parameters
tracks. The parameters of safe passage routes and the resulting
safe passage of rail vehicles must be systematically and continuously
recorded, monitored and reviewed.

Second Transitivity means the ability of a building of the railway rolling stock
convert its own structure while maintaining
railway operation safety.

Third In terms of safe passage of rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle") is
tracks classified into track load classes (hereafter referred to as "line category")
with a maximum efficiency of model railroad cars
characterizing line class is given by: | ||
A) their construction,

B) axle load,

C) arrangement of axles

D) shifting vehicles and method of connection to the trainset.

Fourth Using track classes is mandatory.

Fifth The tracks are classified into track classes A, B1, B2, C2, C3 (C4, D2), D3, D4
, E4 and E5 listed in Table A1. For operational reasons, the tracks without justification
not be included in class C4 and D2.

Wear limit switches, rail crossings, trackwork construction

Individual parts of the turnouts must meet in rail transport
following requirements:

First Exchange part

A) The top of the head tongue may be reduced against the stock rail by 5 mm or more in
point where the inside edge of the stock rail remote from the inside edge thereto
adjacent tongue 60 to 100 mm.

B) exchanging conclusion must not be put conclude, if u switches traversed
speed of 60 km h-1 or greater gap between the tongue and the stock rail in the first place
conclusion greater than 3.5 mm and switches
traversed a speed less than 60 km h-1 gap larger than 5 mm.

C) the clearance between the web and the adjacent tongue language armrest
not be greater than 5 mm for speed <= 90 km h-1, 3 mm for speed lying in the interval 90
km.h -1 <v <= 160 km h-1, 2 mm for speed>
160 kph -1.

D) The closing devices must ensure the safe abut the adjacent
language for stock rail and tongue remote distance from the stock rail in place
its closest approach to the stock rail must be at least 60 mm.

Second Srdcovková part

A) To ensure a safe and nonviolent transit vehicle wheel
over the frog must be observed in standard gauge turnout in
relationship frog - check rail following values:
For single and double crossings L .... . in the range from 1392
mm to 1398 mm,
A ..... most 1356 mm, whichever is
L = distance from the leading edge of the check rail
inside edge frog,
A = distance of the leading edges of the check rail
and the corresponding wing rails (in a double frog

distance the leading edge of check rails).

B) Excess height of check rail above the top rail height used
must not exceed 54 mm.

C) Wear workspaces check rail Kn60 shape (a shape similar
) shall not be greater than 20 mm to <= 90 km h-1 and 12 mm in> 90
km.h- first
In the event that specified requirements for each of the switches are not met
must be urgently implemented such measures to prevent
threat to the safety of rail transport operation.
