about the requirements for minimum staffing of health services
287/2013: Sb.
The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of the Act No. 372/2011 Coll.
on health services and conditions of their provision (law on
health services), to implement section 11 para. 4 of the law on health
services:
§ 1
(1) the minimum staffing requirements (hereinafter referred to as "personnel
Security ")
and outpatient care) are set out in annex 1 to this notice,
(b)) a day care are set out in annex 2 to this Decree,
c) inpatient care are set out in annex 3 to this Decree,
d) pharmaceutical treatments are laid down in annex 4 to this Decree,
e) medical transportation services are laid down in annex 5 to this
the Decree,
f) emergency medical services are set out in Appendix 6 to this
the Decree,
g) transport urgent care are set out in annex 7 to the
This Decree,
h) home care are set out in annex 8 to this Ordinance.
(2) the provisions of this Decree is without prejudice to the requirements for security personnel
health services provided for in other legislation of the ^ 1).
§ 2
(1) a service provider who is entitled to provide health care services at the date of
entry into force of this order, shall meet the requirements of the personnel
the security of the services provided under this Decree
a) within 12 months from the date of its effectiveness, in the case of a provider
referred to in § 121 paragraph 2. 1 of the law on health services,
(b)) to 9 months from the date of the acquisition of its effectiveness, in the case of a provider
referred to in § 122 para. 1 of the law on health services.
(2) the provider of health services, which is competent to provide
health services on the basis of a judgment given in proceedings under section 121
paragraph. 6 of the Act on health services, they must fulfil the requirements for
security personnel provided services set out in this Decree
within 12 months from the date of legal force of the decision.
(3) the provider of health services referred to in paragraph 1 or 2 shall in
the time of compliance with the requirements of the security personnel of the services provided
laid down by this Decree meet the requirements for personnel
the security referred to in Decree No. 134/1998 Coll., in the version in force until 31 December 2006.

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. April 2012.

Staffing requirements for ambulatory care
Part I
Staffing requirements for ambulatory care by industry practitioners
and dentists and paramedical professions
A. the common requirements
1. the staffing of care is determined by the individual
expertise of health professionals and other professional workers,
the nature and scope of the care provided. Medical personnel and security
other professionals beyond the requirements depends on the
type and volume of provided health care, scope and spectrum carried out
performances and activities so as to ensure the quality, safety and availability
health care.
2. If outpatient health care is provided exclusively to children, it is
secured by the doctors and staff paramedical professions with
specialized qualifications or specific professional qualifications, in
fields focused on the care of children, as well as care provided
adults in their respective fields under the provisions of I.B. 1. and I.B. 2. This

The provisions of the first sentence shall not apply to personnel security
