INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
This Decree regulates the

§ 2
The conditions for the provision of data from the land registry

§ 4

§ 5

§ 6
Extracts, copies, or copies from a file of surveying information and from a file

§ 9

§ 10

§ 11
Remote access to land for a fee

§ 12

§ 14

§ 15
Land registry data in electronic form
(1) the provision of the data register in electronic form may be

§ 17

§ 19

COMMON AND FINAL PROVISIONS
section 21
Remuneration for the provision of data
