Monthly remuneration
§ 1
Monthly remuneration of the members of the Councils released
(1) Released to the members of the Councils of ^ 1) belongs to the duties they perform monthly
reward ^ 2) in the amount specified in annexes 1, 2 and 3 of this regulation.
(2) monthly remuneration is granted as from the date when they were releasing members
councils elected or appointed to a function for which a reward

1. the Mayor about the amount of 2 500 CZK
2. owned by the amount of 2 300 CZK
3. the members of the Council not listed in points 1 and 2 by the amount of 2 000,-
(c)) in the municipalities of construction Office or the registry office and later in
districts or city districts, broken down territorial statutory
the towns and in the urban parts of the city of Prague, on the authorities was
by law or statute transferred at least part of the scope of the construction
Office or the registry office by the amount of 2 000,-
d) in the case of members of the Municipal Council of the city of Prague, for an amount of 3 000
CZK.
(4) in the case of overlapping of rights referred to in paragraph 3 shall belong to the Member
the Municipal Council increasing the monthly remuneration in the amount, which is the highest.
§ 2
Monthly reward neuvolněným the members of the Councils

Regulation, unless otherwise stated.
(2) a member of the Municipal Council of the municipality of Neuvolněnému, which performs the function of
the Mayor's monthly remuneration may be granted up to 0, 6 and above
monthly remuneration determined in accordance with Annex 1 to this regulation for the
released by a member of the Municipal Council of the village, who shall act as Mayor.
(3) monthly remuneration is granted, from the date that establishes the authority.
§ 3
Common provisions
(1) if the members of the Councils do not exercise the function of a full calendar
month for the reasons stated in the Act, it pays to ^ 6) them monthly remuneration in
the amount corresponding to the number of days the actual performance of the function.
(2) monthly remuneration to members of the Councils does not belong from the day following
the date on which the mandate has lapsed to them, or were removed from Office, or
give up functions, for which the remuneration paid to them performance.
(3) the monthly reward calculated according to annex 1 to this regulation,
columns 1 through 8, and in accordance with annex 3 to this regulation, columns 1 to 6,
is rounded up to the nearest Crown up.

Transitional provisions

§ 7
The effectiveness of the

Selected provisions of the novel

Transitional provisions
1. Monthly remuneration, calculated in accordance with annexes 1 to 3 to this regulation,
provide for the first time for the month of may, 2004.
2. the members of the Councils is to Loose 30. June 2004 provide for
period from 1. January 2004 to 30 June 2005. April 2004, the difference between the amount of the monthly
the remuneration of the current legislation and the amount of the monthly remuneration under this
Regulation; Similarly, it is possible to do in the case of released members
the Municipal Council.
3. the members of the Councils in companies the first half of 2004
additional remuneration in the amount of one tenth of the amount they would otherwise originated
claim. Neuvolněným members of the Councils it is possible in the first half of the year
2004 to provide additional fee equivalent to one tenth of the amount that would
otherwise it was possible to provide.
