on the conditions for connection to the electricity grid

The Energy Regulatory Office shall, pursuant to section 98 para. 7 of law No.
458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and the public administration in
energy sectors and on amendments to certain acts (the Energy Act),
as amended by Act No. 670/2004 Coll., to implement section 17 para. 7 (b). (d)), and (h))
Energy Bill:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree lays down the conditions for production of electricity,
distribution system operators and offtake points customers to the electricity
system and method for determining the share of the costs associated with the connection and the

§ 2
Basic provisions

§ 3
The conditions of the applicant's device connection to the transmission system or
distribution system
(1) the conditions of connection of the device to the transmission system or the applicant

§ 4
Request for connecting the device to the transmission system or distribution
System
(1) an application shall be filed for each sampling or forward instead of separately.

Section 4a
Study of connectivity
(1) the operator of a transmission system operator or distribution
system may request from the applicant processing study of connectivity,

(6) unless otherwise requested by a transmission system operator or the operator

paragraph 4, or if the applicant does not provide the documentation required for processing

(7) an applicant for the device connection to the distribution system passes
the distribution system operator connectivity study within 90 days of
the date when the distribution system operator shall forward the documents to the applicant
necessary for the processing of the study. If the applicant asks about the connection of the device to the
the transmission system, transmission system operators shall transmit to the applicant
study on connectivity to 180 days from the date on which the operator of a transmission
the system gave the applicant the documentation required for processing studies, if

(8) if there is no connectivity studies prepared in the range defined by the
the transmission system operator, or the operator of a distribution
system, the transmission system operator or the operator
distribution system to request its addition or extension. The operator

additions or extensions to connectivity studies no later than 30 days from the
transmission study of connectivity.
(9) if the transmission system operator shall complement or extend

§ 5
Examining a request for connection to the transmission system or device
distribution system

§ 6
The short connection to the distribution system
(1) Short-term connection means the connection of the provisional devices

§ 7
Device connection of the applicant to the transmission system or distribution
System
(1) the applicant's device Connection to the transmission system or distribution

(3) the applicant pays an advance on the costs according to the share of eligible
of annex 6 to this Decree, in the amount of 50% of the value of the share on the

advance on the share of the eligible costs within 15 days from the date of the conclusion of the
connection agreements or contracts of intent about the connection.
(4) if the applicant fails to pay the deposit on a share of the eligible costs referred to in
paragraph 3 or in additional reasonable period of time provided by the operator
the transmission system operator or distribution system operator and
the transmission system operator or distribution system operator

§ 8
The costs associated with connecting the device to the transmission system or
distribution system and by ensuring the desired wattage or performance
(1) If an applicant under this Ordinance shall bear the costs associated with

paragraphs 2 to 4.

§ 11

§ 12

§ 17
Transitional provisions

opinion within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request, so that it was in accordance with the
