Principles for the work of the pupils sitting and ergonomics school furniture

1. the functional dimensions of furniture for sitting position and proper compliance with the physiological

the position of the spine and pelvis:

and) seat height is equal to the length of the legs, plus vertically low

heel (1-2 cm). the feet are flat while the rear seating

in firm contact with the floor, so that it was possible for them firmly.

(b) of the seat supporting the Effective depth) at least 2/3 the length of the thigh. Front

edge of the seat must not interfere with the popliteal and must be rounded.

(c)) the backrest serves primarily as the fulcrum of the loin, not thoracic spine.

For the free movement of the upper limbs does not reach higher than to the bottom of the angle

the shoulder blades.

(d)) the height of the work surface of the table is placed at a height of elbow free

running arm seated pupil.

(e)) is easily adjustable tilt table tops. Level settings

for writing is 10-16 degrees for reading up to 35 degrees.

2. the chairs and tables in contact with the floor must be stable. For dynamic

the SED is a suitable seat in the anterior-posterior plane of governing from-5 to + 5 degrees.

3. at least troublesome sed, as for muscle activity, as well as for the pressure on the

the intervertebral disc is back with a slightly propped on the backbone of the

(relaxation).

4. Because of the reduction of static overload a muscle groups

the musculoskeletal system is the important functional alternation of positions. A good idea is a

short term alternative positions outside of marshaling the bench (for example, klek,

Leh) and the use of assistive devices (for example, dynamic balance balls sed,

overball, balance pads).
