about basic education and some aspects of the implementation of the compulsory school
attendance

The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with section 19, section 20
paragraph. 7, section 23, paragraph. 3, § 26 paragraph. 4, § 27, paragraph. 6, section 31, paragraph. 1, § 38
paragraph. 7 and section 56 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary,
secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act):
Organization of education
§ 1
(1) the teaching starts usually at 8 pm, but may not begin before the

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5

§ 6
(1) pupils in the first years of primary education and the sampled children
preparatory classes of primary schools is free of charge to provide basic school

Labelling classes
§ 8
Class each school year students are called inline ordinals

§ 9

Education in classes for linguistic preparation
§ 10
(1) the regional office in collaboration with the founders of the schools shall designate a school, in

§ 11
(1) the highest number of pupils in the classroom for language preparation is 10.
The provisions of § 4 of the lowest number of pupils in the class to the class for
linguistic preparation do not apply and the number of classes for linguistic preparation and

Course to acquire the basic education
§ 12
(1) the length and form of the rate for basic education (hereinafter referred to as

§ 14

§ 15

in the foreign school on the territory of the Czech Republic
section 18
(1) a pupil who satisfies the compulsory school attendance in school outside of the territory of the Czech
Republic, may, on the request of the legal representative of the pupil held in
period of at least one half of the school year, not exceeding the period

§ 18a
(1) a pupil who satisfies the compulsory education in the form of individual teaching
abroad, may at the request of the legal representative of the student held for
period of at least one half of the school year, not exceeding the period
two school years, the test examiner school. The test takes place from
each of the compulsory subject taught in the respective years of school
examiner school educational program, with the exception of articles

(2) If a pupil examination referred to in paragraph 1, does not provide proof of the legal representative

§ 19

section 22

§ 25
(1) if the teaching plans and curricula issued under the existing
legislation and concretized by the school do not have the parts or information,
where this Ordinance requires that the school have been established
the educational program, the Director of the school is to make up with effect from 1 January. September
2005.
(2) according to the section 4, paragraph 4. 1 to 5 and 7, § 5 (3). 1 and 5, § 12, 13 and 16 shall

Cancellation provisions
section 26
Shall be repealed:
