The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with section 19, section 20

paragraph. 7, section 23, paragraph. 3, § 26 paragraph. 4, § 27, paragraph. 6, section 31, paragraph. 1, § 38

paragraph. 7 and section 56 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary,

secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act):



Organization of education



§ 1



(1) the teaching starts usually at 8 pm, but may not begin before the

in 7 hours. The teaching must be completed no later than 5 pm.



(2) the Director of the elementary school ("school") allows pupils to access and

the break between the morning and afternoon classes.

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4



(1) schools, with the exception of schools referred to in paragraphs 2 to 5, have at least

(3) a school made up of two classes of first instance has at least 12 pupils in

§ 5



(1) the school can teach optional subject or an optional subject, if

§ 6



(1) pupils in the first years of primary education and the sampled children

preparatory classes of primary schools is free of charge to provide basic school

Labelling classes



§ 8



Class each school year students are called inline ordinals

§ 9



(1) the Director of the school, the pupil shall be placed in a class or group of students with extended

Education in classes for linguistic preparation



§ 10



(1) the regional office in collaboration with the founders of the schools shall designate a school, in

the adoption of the pupil to the school of attendance options in classes for language

preparation.



(4) the Student referred to in paragraph 1 are in class for linguistic preparation

on the request of the legal representative of the pupil have been submitted to the Director of the school

referred to in paragraph 1, no later than 30 days from the submission of the application.



§ 11



(1) the highest number of pupils in the classroom for language preparation is 10.

The provisions of § 4 of the lowest number of pupils in the class to the class for

linguistic preparation do not apply and the number of classes for linguistic preparation and

Course to acquire the basic education



§ 12



(1) the length and form of the rate for basic education (hereinafter referred to as

(2) the maximum number of pupils in a class, the course is 24. The provisions of section 4 of the

§ 14



(1) the evaluation of the results of the education of the pupils is based on an assessment of the extent

§ 15

§ 17

Republic, may, on the request of the legal representative of the pupil held in

period of at least one half of the school year, not exceeding the period

(3) If a pupil examination referred to in paragraph 1, does not provide proof of the legal representative

§ 18a



(1) a pupil who satisfies the compulsory education in the form of individual teaching

abroad, may at the request of the legal representative of the student held for

period of at least one half of the school year, not exceeding the period

two school years, the test examiner school. The test takes place from

each of the compulsory subject taught in the respective years of school

examiner school educational program, with the exception of articles

optional. After the exam, the Director shall issue an examiner school pupil

(2) If a pupil examination referred to in paragraph 1, does not provide proof of the legal representative

the territory of the Czech Republic according to § 38 paragraph. 1 (a). (c) the Education Act), with the

§ 19

section 22



(1) the Commission for the examination of the komisionální ^ 15) (hereinafter "the examination")

Common provisions



section 24



(1) this Ordinance shall apply mutatis mutandis also to the education of the pupils of the lower

section 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 22 and 23.

Transitional provisions



§ 25



(1) if the teaching plans and curricula issued under the existing

legislation and concretized by the school do not have the parts or information,

where this Ordinance requires that the school have been established

the educational program, the Director of the school is to make up with effect from 1 January. September

2005.



(2) according to the section 4, paragraph 4. 1 to 5 and 7, § 5 (3). 1 and 5, § 12, 13 and 16 shall

from the school year 2005/2006.



Cancellation provisions
