on the participation of the State budget for the financing of the programmes of the reproduction of the asset

The Ministry of finance in agreement with the Ministry for local development provides
pursuant to section 13 (3). 4 of law No. 218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules and
on the change of certain related acts (budgetary rules):
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree regulates the rules of procedure of the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as
"the Ministry"), administrators of the programmes and the programmes for the preparation of participants,
the approval and implementation of the programmes (hereinafter referred to as "the programme"), or actions in the

§ 2
Definition of terms

§ 3
Documentation of the program

§ 4
The final evaluation of the programme

§ 5
Registration and financing actions

§ 6
The final evaluation of the action

Transitional provisions

§ 8
Cancellation provisions
Shall be repealed:
1. Decree No. 40/2001 Coll., on the participation of the State budget to finance the
programs of the reproduction of the asset.
2. Decree No. 231/2005 Coll., on the participation of the State budget to finance the
programmes of acquisition and reproduction of the asset.
3. Decree No. 269/2005 Coll., amending Decree No 231/2005 Coll. on
the participation of the State budget for the financing of programmes of acquisition and reproduction
the asset.
4. Decree No. 466/2005 Coll., amending Decree No 231/2005 Coll. on
the participation of the State budget for the financing of programmes of acquisition and reproduction
assets, as amended by Decree-Law No 269/2005 Sb.
§ 9
The effectiveness of the
