The Department of transportation shall determine under section 91 paragraph 2. 2 Act No. 56/2001 Coll.

on the conditions of the use of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of the law

No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by operation

vehicles and amending certain related laws (law on insurance

liability of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307/1999 Coll., in

amended by Act No. 103/2004 Coll., Act No. 411/2005 Coll., Act No.

226/2006 Coll., Act No. 170/2007 Coll., Act No. 297/2009 Coll., Act No.

152/2011 Coll. and Act No. 239/2013 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section

4 (4). 6, § 5 para. 8, § 6 (1). 7, § 7 (2). 6, Section 7a of the paragraph. 3, § 7b

paragraph. 6, section 7 d of paragraph 1. 3, § paragraph 7e. 4, § 7f para. 3, § 9 para. 4, section 14

PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit

ROAD VEHICLES AND DESIGNS REGISTRY APPLICATIONS



§ 2



Keeping a register of road transport vehicles



(§ 5 para. 8 of the Act)



(1) the register of road vehicles is conducted electronically.



(2) the accuracy of the data being written to the registry of road vehicles by hand

typing is being validated by the data referred



and) in requests for the registration or in the annexes to this application,



(b)) in the document identity of the applicant, if such an application is validated

his identity, and



(c)) in the Schengen information system, the information system of the police

§ 3



Entering the data into the registration of road vehicles and road vehicles of members of the

diplomatic missions



(§ 5 para. 8 of the Act)



(1) in a register of road transport vehicles, owners and operators of these

vehicles and registration of road vehicles of members of the diplomatic mission of the registry

road vehicles is the information recorded in the form of words, numbers,

alphanumeric codes and scanned copies of documents.



(2) the registration data in the register of road transport vehicles, owners and

operators of these vehicles and registration of road vehicles of members of the

diplomatic missions of road vehicles is done by registry



and inserting the data provided) from the population register,

the basic registry of legal persons, natural persons-entrepreneurs and

public authorities, the population information system and agendového

(f)) by inserting a scanned copy of the document



1. proof of the technical competence of the vehicle,



2. the Protocol on technical inspection,



3. the documentation containing the information to the extent necessary for the issue of

the technical compliance of the vehicle,



4. documentation to write the changes to the technical data of the vehicle,



5. notification of the place and the purpose of storage of decommissioned vehicles



6. technical vehicle is registered in,



(g)) the data by typing in manually in the case of data which are not kept in

§ 5



The registration data in the register of special registration marks



(§ 5 para. 8 of the Act)

§ 6

§ 7

(§ 5 para. 8 of the Act)

§ 8

§ 9



Details of the withdrawal of the certificate of registration of a road vehicle and technical

road vehicle licence issued by another Member State



(§ 4 para. 6 of the Act)



Details of the withdrawal of the certificate of registration of a road vehicle and technical

road vehicle licence issued by another Member State are

§ 11



Information on liability insurance for damage caused by operation of the vehicle

communicated by the Czech insurers ' bureaux



(§ 4 para. 6 of the Act)



Information on liability insurance for damage caused by operation of the vehicle

(hereinafter referred to as "insurance") are the date of the notification of the data the Czech offices

§ 14

recorded in the extent of the design parameters of a road vehicle referred

in the proof of the technical competence of a road vehicle.



(4) details of total road vehicle dimensions are

(5) particulars of the technically permissible masses of a road vehicle in kg

shall be entered in the range specified by the design parameters of the road

to the extent provided for in other laws and regulations governing the allowed

DOCUMENTS FOR ROAD VEHICLE



§ 17



Method of carrying out the registration in the registration papers of a road vehicle



(Section 7 (6) of the Act)

Models of documents for road vehicle models of documents to special vehicle

(§ 7 paragraph 6 and paragraph 7f (3) of the Act)

(2) registration of a special vehicle contains protective elements, is

made in shades of pastel red (Pink) and pastel yellow-green

color and its size is 210 x 445 mm. specimen of the technical card

(3) the certificate of registration of a road vehicle has safety features and

PART FOUR



REGISTRATION MARKS



Article 23 of the



Types of license plates



(§ 7 paragraph 6 and section 38 c (6) of the Act)



The license plate is divided into

1. for all road motor vehicles and trailers,



2. for all special vehicles,



3. for the vehicles, the owner or operator is a natural person or

legal person entitled to diplomatic privileges and immunities in accordance with

4. for vehicles exported to another State (hereinafter referred to as "license plate

The form, design and content of the standard license plates



(Section 7 (6) of the Act)



(1) the registration mark is indicated on the license plate

by stamping, except for the special license plate for a ride from the place of

sales to the place of registration of a road vehicle that is marked on the

(2) the individual characters of the license plate are made of at least 5 and

most 8 in uppercase Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals. In

license plate must always be placed at least 1 letter and at least 1

digits.



(3) the diplomatic or alien registration number is composed of a large

§ 25



The form, design and content of the registration plates on request



(For section 7b (6))



License plate characters are made on request with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of

8 capital letters of Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals. Registration
