The DECREE



of 5 December. November 2009



General technical requirements belonging to the barrier-free use

buildings



Ministry for local development provides under section 194 (a). and Act No.)

183/2006 Coll. on territorial planning and the building code (the building Act):



Introductory provisions



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) this Decree lays down the General technical requirements for construction and their

part of the way to ensure their use by persons with mobility,

vision, hearing and intellectual disabilities, persons of advanced age,

pregnant women, persons of their child in a stroller or a baby to

three years (hereinafter referred to as "persons with reduced mobility or orientation").



(2) this Ordinance has been notified in accordance with the directive of the European

Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5

§ 8

§ 9

§ 10

Requirements on construction for the performance of the work



§ 12



(1) For access to the space to be used by persons with limited abilities

§ 14



Exceptions

§ 15

General technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings



1.



The basic elements of the barrier-free use of buildings



The basic elements of the barrier-free use of the buildings reflect the elemental

principles and system policy on the use of buildings by persons with limited

mobility or orientation.



1.1.



Solutions for persons with reduced mobility



Solutions for persons with reduced mobility from the disposition,

possibilities and needs of people in wheelchairs and persons with children's stroller,

dispositions and options for persons who use crutches, canes, walkers or other

walking AIDS, pregnant women and persons accompanying children under three

years.
