DECREE
of 16 December 2002. December 2014
amending the rates of the basic compensation for the use of road motor
vehicles and food allowance and the determination of the average price of fuel for
the purpose of the provision of travel expenses
The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs provides under section 189 para. 1 of the law
No 262/2006 SB., labour code:
§ 1
The rate of the basic compensation for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of basic compensation for 1 km according to § 157 paragraph. 4 of the labour code
shall be at least
and two and three wheelers) 1.00 €,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 3.70 €.
Subsistence allowance
§ 2
For each calendar day the employee of the mission subsistence allowance
According to § 163 para. 1 of the labour code, at least in the amount of

§ 4
The average price of fuel

§ 5
Decree No. 435/2013 Coll., amending the rates of the basic compensation for use
road motor vehicles and food allowance and of determining the average price
fuel for the purposes of provision of travel expenses, is hereby repealed.
§ 6
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2015.
