and amending certain other acts, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):

§ 1

The catalogue of waste and hazardous waste List

(1) waste catalogue is given in annex 1.

(2) the list of hazardous waste pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 1 (b). and the law)

given in annex 2.

§ 2

Procedure for the classification of the waste according to the waste catalogue

(1) the producer and the person entitled to be classified under the waste 6-seater

catalog numbers for types of waste referred to in the catalogue of waste in the first

the two digit number indicates a group of waste, the second two digits of the subset of waste and

third two digits of the kind of waste; This marshaling progress

in the following way:

and by industry), scope, or a technological process in which waste

arises, first looks up the corresponding group inside the group, then

the Sub-group of waste. In the subgroup with searches for the name of the type of waste with

the relevant catalog number. Within the subgroup is necessary to choose

more explicit designation of waste from General,

(b) for a particular waste) If you cannot find a matching in the waste catalogue

catalogue number waste in groups 01 to 12 and 17 to 20, finding

the catalogue number for the waste in groups 13, 14 and 15 of the catalog

waste,

c) if does not find any suitable catalogue number or in groups

13, 14 and 15, is looking for a part number for the wastes in the Group of 16,

(d)) if it does not find any suitable catalogue number or in a group of 16,

Association of waste shall be assigned a catalogue number ending in 99 of the

a group of waste found in accordance with the procedure). In the title, indicating the

technical or commonly used name of the waste. If the originator or the beneficiary

the person shall be included under one part number ending with the two digit number "99" read more

types of waste, which, therefore, will be for accounting purposes differ only

the name of the waste, not the catalog number, and such waste must be in

According to § 16 para. 1 (b). (e)) and § 18 para. 1 (b). h) of the Act

concentrated utříděně,

e) in the case that the waste is composed of multiple components which are in the catalog

wastes listed under separate part numbers, takes precedence

the assignment of such kind of waste that is harmful

effects on humans and on the environment the most dangerous,

f) wastes from car wrecks to be classified under the catalog numbers in the subgroup of 16

01. If the waste is not in the subgroup of autoävraku 16 01 catalog

the number specified, the procedure in the manner prescribed in (a)), (b)), and

(g)) to the Group of 20 will be added to the waste only if, in the case of

communal waste or waste the nature of municipal waste generated

in non-production activities of legal entities or natural persons authorized

to business (e.g. in offices, schools),

h) separately collected packaging waste (including mixtures) are always, even in the

If the sorting of household waste, classified into subgroups

(2) Waste komunálnímu waste are similar for the purposes of this order

means of a similar composition as municipal waste is included in the Group

20 in the catalogue of waste waste arising from non-productive activities

legal persons or natural persons authorised to do business (e.g. in the

offices, offices).

(3) if the producer who produces waste classified according to the catalogue

waste as waste similar to waste from the activities of legal komunálnímu

persons and natural persons authorized to conduct business on the basis of the written

the contract with the municipalities in accordance with § 17 para. 6 of law involved in the system for

the management of communal waste established by the municipality, is obliged to this waste

sort and classify according to the catalogue of waste in accordance with the system

established by the municipalities.

(4) If a producer who produces waste classified according to the catalogue

waste as waste similar to waste from the activities of legal komunálnímu

persons and natural persons authorized to conduct business, engages in any of the system

established by the municipality for the management of municipal waste, sort of waste

its dangerous and usable components (types of waste

20 01), and the rest a mixture of non-recoverable types of waste categories other

waste to be classified for the purposes of removal under the catalogue number of the separate

type of waste 20 03 01 mixed municipal waste.

(5) the operator to collect scrap cars include the adopted autovrak

under the catalogue number 16 01 04 *. The processor can autovrak car wrecks

classified under the catalogue number 16 01 04 *, after deleting all

dangerous substances and the exclusion of the hazardous properties, pass

processors of scrap cars under the catalog number 16 01 06.

§ 3

How to marshal the waste by category

(1) hazardous waste under section 6 (1). 1 and 2 of the Act are identified in the

Waste catalogue the symbol "*".

(2) if they are in one type of waste waste catalogue is assigned to two

the catalog numbers of waste, one of which is marked as threat

waste and the other not (called mirror items), the waste is classified under

catalogue number in accordance with § 6 para. 1 (b). (b)), and (c)) and section 6 (1). 2

the law.

(3) for the purposes of marshaling the waste according to the categories the factors referred to in

Annex No. 5 of the Act, which makes the dangerous waste, only those chemical

substances and elements that are classified as dangerous according to

special legislation. ^ 1)

(4) the components referred to in annex No. 5 of the Act makes the waste hazardous to

the purpose of the Marshal of the waste by category only if their contents

in the waste causes one or more of the hazardous properties listed

in annex 2 of the Act.

(5) for the purposes of evidence is marshaled-by-Catalog of waste waste as a

hazardous waste (marked with *) indicate "N" waste classified as

other wastes are referred to the "O" and waste, which was category

hazardous waste assigned in accordance with § 6 para. 1 (b). (b)), or (c)) and §

6 (1). 2 of the Act and not in the waste catalogue catalogue number marked

the symbol "*" ("the mirror entry) are referred to as" O/N ". Waste

set out in the hazardous waste List (annex No 2 of this order)

always assigns the category "N".
