on technical requirements for the construction

Ministry for regional development shall determine pursuant to section 194 (a). a) of law No.

183/2006 Coll. on territorial planning and the building code (the building Act):



PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) this Ordinance lays down technical requirements for the building, which belongs to the

§ 2



(1) the provisions of this order shall apply also for equipment changes

the completed buildings, maintenance work, changes in the use of buildings, for

temporary construction site facility, as well as for buildings that are

cultural monuments "^ 1") or are in heritage reservations or

zones, where serious territorial technical or construction

technical reasons do not exclude.

all types of buildings and facilities, which belong to the scope of the General

§ 3



Basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION



§ 4

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND PROPERTIES OF STRUCTURES



§ 8

§ 53



Construction for storage of mineral fertilizers
