on technical requirements for the construction

Ministry for regional development shall determine pursuant to section 194 (a). a) of law No.

183/2006 Coll. on territorial planning and the building code (the building Act):



PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) this Ordinance lays down technical requirements for the building, which belongs to the

Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for

the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules

for information society services, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.



§ 2



(1) the provisions of this order shall apply also for equipment changes

the completed buildings, maintenance work, changes in the use of buildings, for

temporary construction site facility, as well as for buildings that are

cultural monuments "^ 1") or are in heritage reservations or

zones, where serious territorial technical or construction

technical reasons do not exclude.



(2) the requirements contained in the parts of the second through fifth of this order applies for the

all types of buildings and facilities, which belong to the scope of the General

building authorities, if not in her bottom as indicated.



§ 3



Basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

PART TWO



TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION



§ 4



Septic tanks

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND PROPERTIES OF STRUCTURES



§ 8



The basic requirements

§ 9



Mechanical resistance and stability

§ 10



General requirements for health protection of healthy living conditions and

§ 12

§ 53



Construction for storage of mineral fertilizers
