in accordance with 1.1 to 1.4.

1.1 parts subject to pressure

Materials used for manufacturing the pressurized parts must be:

a) weld,

b) ductile and tough, so that the material at the lowest

leave the temperature did not lead to fragmentation or brittle fracture and

phosphorus must be for each of these elements is less than 0.05% and

(c)), each product must have the following mechanical properties:

I) the highest tensile strength Rm, max must be less than 580 N/mm2,

II) elongation after rupture must be:

If the test pieces are taken parallel to the direction of rolling:

I--------------------------------------------------I------------I------------I

Even at a thickness = 3 mm >: I and I > = 22%, and

I--------------------------------------------------I------------I------------I

Even when thickness < 3 mm: A80 mm I > = 17%, and

longitudinal test pieces at the lowest permissible temperature shall not be less

than 35 J/cm2. Not more than one of the three values can be less than 35 J/cm2 with

the permitted minimum of 25 J/cm2. For steels to be used for the production of

containers the lowest allowable temperature is lower than-10 ° c and the

wall thickness exceeds 5 mm, is this property must double check.

1.1.2. HIiníkové container

Aluminium, not alloyed aluminium content must be not less than 99.5% and alloys

aluminium referred to in § 1 (1). 2 (a). (b)) shall have adequate

resistance to intergranular corrosion at the maximum permissible temperature.

The materials must meet the following requirements:

Accessories for containers (for example, bolts or nuts) must be made of

the material provided for in heading 1.1, or from other types of steel, aluminium

or aluminium alloys, which are compatible with the materials used for the

production of parts exposed to pressure.

These materials must be at the lowest permissible temperature for reasonable

elongation after rupture and the impact work when bending impact test.

1.4 with pressure

All parts with pressure vessels that are attached by welding,

must be made of materials compatible with the materials to which they are

přivařovány.

2. Designing of containers

and when designing containers manufacturer) determines what purpose will be used,

and selects:

even the lowest holiday temperature Tmin),

containers for a particular purpose and

IV) the containers must be with respect to their prescribed use of sufficiently

protected against corrosion.

(c)) the manufacturer shall take into account the fact that under the conditions of the intended

use:

I) containers must not be exposed to voltages which could impair their

safety in use, and

(ii)) the internal pressure shall not permanently exceed the maximum allowable pressure PS.

Temporarily, however, may be exceeded by up to 10%.

d) Perimeter and longitudinal welded joints must be made fully penetrated

welds or welds with equivalent effects. Outside the caps, with the exception of the day

polokulových, you must have a cylindrical edge.

the thickness of the walls of the container to choose one of the methods set out in points 2.1.1 and

2.1.2. where the product of PS. In more than 3 000 bar. L or if the highest

allowable temperature higher than 100 ° c shall be determined by the thickness

the method laid down in point 2.1.1.

The actual wall thickness of the cylindrical part and of the day, however, must not be less than 2

mm in steel containers and than 3 mm for containers of aluminium or aluminium alloys.

2.1.1 Calculation method

The smallest thickness of the pressurized parts must be calculated in the light of

the intensity of the stress and to the following provisions:

and the calculated pressure) must not be less than the selected maximum

permissible pressure PS, and

(b)) the permissible General membrane stress may be at most equal to the lesser of

the values of the Lip or 0.3 0.6 Rm; to define the permissible stress, the manufacturer must

use the bottom lip and Rm guaranteed by the material manufacturer.

However, if the cylindrical part of the vessel, one or more longitudinal welds

carried out otherwise than by machine, the thickness calculated way

referred to in the first paragraph, multiply by 1.15.

2.1.2 experimental method

The thickness of the wall must be fixed so that the container at ambient temperature

withstand pressure equal to at least five times the highest

permitted pressure, while a permanent circumferential deformation must not in this

the case must not exceed 1%.

3. Manufacturing processes

The containers must be manufactured and checked in accordance with the requirements of

laid down in points 2, 3 or 4 of annex 2 to this regulation.

3.1 Production of components

In the manufacture of components (such as when forming or precipitation

edges) must not be superficial defects, cracks, or changes to mechanical

properties that might affect the safety of the vessels.

3.2 parts pressure welded joints

Welds and adjacent areas must have similar characteristics as welded

materials and shall be free of surface or internal defects that could

endanger the safety of the vessels. Welds must be executed by qualified

Welders or staff with the appropriate level of competence in accordance with the

approved welding procedures. Approval and qualification tests must

be carried out by the notified bodies.

The manufacturer during the production of constant quality welds, implementing appropriate

tests using appropriate procedures. These tests shall be

drawn up the Protocol.

4. the placing into service of vessels

To the vessels must be accompanied by instructions for use drawn up by the manufacturer

laid down in point 2 of annex 3 to this regulation.

the notified body examines the technical design of the container and verifies and confirms that the

the technical design of the vessel meets the requirements of this regulation, that the

view container.

1.2 the EU type-examination shall be carried out by one of the following

methods:

suitability assessment) of the technical design of the container through the

examination of the technical documentation and supporting evidence provided for in

section 1.3, and examination of the model of full containers, which is representative of the

the planned production (production type), or

(b) the assessment of the suitability of the technical proposal) of the container through the

examination of the technical documentation and supporting evidence provided for in

point 1.3 without examination of the model of the vessel (design type).

and the name and address of the manufacturer), and if the application is lodged by the authorised representative,

his name and address,

(b)) a written declaration that the same application has not been lodged with any other

the notified body, and

(c)) the technical documentation. Technical documentation shall enable

the conformity of the receptacles with the relevant requirements of this regulation and

contains an adequate analysis and assessment of the risk.

The technical documentation shall specify the applicable requirements and to the extent necessary

for the assessment must cover the design, manufacture and operation of the vessel.

or in part, and descriptions of the solutions adopted to meet the essential

safety requirements of this regulation, where those harmonised

the standards have not been applied, including a list of other documents that

prescribe the technical requirements to meet the vessel (hereinafter referred to as

"technical specification") that were used. In the case of partially

applied harmonised standards, the technical documentation shall list those

parts which have been applied,

must also include the conditions of validity, and it must be connected

the descriptions and drawings necessary for identification of the approved type.

If the type does not satisfy the relevant requirements of this regulation, the notified

body refuses to issue the EU type-examination certificate and shall inform the

the applicant, with the refusal of the refusal.

1.7. the notified body shall ensure that it is kept informed of any changes

the generally acknowledged State of the art which indicate that the approved

type may no longer comply with the applicable requirements of this regulation, and

shall determine whether such changes require further investigation. If the investigation

require, the notified body shall inform the manufacturer.

The manufacturer shall inform the notified body that holds the technical

the documentation concerning the EU type-examination certificate of all

modifications to the approved type that may affect the conformity of the vessel with the

the essential safety requirements of this regulation or the conditions of

the validity of this certificate. Such modifications require additional approval

in the form of a supplement to the original EU type-examination certificate.

1.8. Each notified body shall inform the authority of EU certificates

type-examination or additions thereto which it has issued or withdrawn, and

regularly or on request, make available to the Office a list of such certificates

or additions thereto which it has refused, suspended or otherwise restricted.

the EU type-examination certificates and/or any additions thereto which it has refused,

withdrawn, suspended or otherwise restricted, and, upon request of the

certificates and/or any additions thereto which it has issued.

The European Commission, European Union Member States and the other notified bodies

may receive on request a copy of the EU type-examination certificate, or

additions thereto. The European Commission and the Member States of the European Union may
