PART EIGHT Amendment to Act on supported energy sources
Law Article VIII no. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and amending
certain laws as amended by Act no. 407/2012 Coll., Act no. 310/2013

Coll., is amended as follows:
first in § 50 paragraph 4 reads:
'( 4) Administrative offenses under this Act in the first instance
Office. An appeal against a decision imposing a fine decided by the Chairman
Office. ".
Second in § 50 paragraph 4 reads:
" (4) Administrative offenses under this Act in the first instance
Office. An appeal against a decision imposing a fine, the Council shall
Office. ". PART NINE
EFFICIENCY
Article IX This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication, except for the provisions
the first part of Article I, para. 2 and section 4, part two, Art. II, paragraph 2, of the third
Art. III, point 2, part four Art. IV, section 2, part Five Art.
In paragraph 2, the sixth part of Article. VI, paragraph 2, of the seventh Art. VII, point 2 and part Eight
Art. VIII, section 2, which come into effect on 1 August 2017
