§ 3

Waste Catalogue
Product waste is listed in the Annex hereto.

Procedure for classifying waste to the Waste Catalogue by type

§ 4

(1) The waste producer or the licensed person wastes are classified under six-
catalog numbers specified kinds of waste in the Waste Catalogue, in which the first two digits
refers to a group of wastes, the second two digits subset of waste and
third two digits of the type of waste .

(2) According to the industry, field or technological process in which waste
arises, first locates the appropriate group within the group and subgroup
waste. In the subgroup locates the name of the type of waste with
relevant catalog number; when it is chosen as marking nejurčitější
waste.

(3) If not for a specific waste Waste List to find the appropriate
Waste code in groups of 01-12 and 17-20, looking up
catalog number for that waste in groups of 13, 14 and 15 of the Catalogue
waste.

(4) If there is not any appropriate catalog number or in groups
13, 14 and 15, looking for a catalog number for that waste group 16th

(5) If there is not any appropriate part number in either the 16
assign to a given waste catalog number ending with two digits from 99
waste group retrieved the procedure referred to in paragraph 2. In the title waste shall
technical or commonly used name. If the originator or the beneficiary
person classified under one catalog number ending with two digits 99 more
kinds of waste, which will thus be distinguished for accounting purposes only
called waste rather than catalog number must be in these wastes | || accordance with § 16 para. 1 point. e) and § 18 par. 1 point. h) of the Act on Waste
channeled collate.

(6) In the event that the waste consists of several components that are listed in the catalog
wastes listed under separate catalog numbers, takes precedence
assignment to the kind of waste that is harmful in terms
effects on humans and the environment the most dangerous.

§ 5

(1) Waste from car wrecks to be classified under catalog numbers in the subgroup of 16
the 1st If the waste from the car wreck is not in a subset of 16 of 01
catalog number is listed, proceed in the manner specified in § 4 para. 2, 3 and 5.

(2) The Group of 20 is classified as waste only if, in the case of
municipal waste or waste nature of municipal waste generated
during non-productive activity of legal entities or natural persons authorized to
business.

(3) separately collected packaging waste, including mixtures thereof, even if
that has been separated from household waste, classified in subgroup 15 the 1st

§ 6

(1) The waste, which produces waste similar to municipal waste
sorted out from this waste and its hazardous usable components that
assigned to subgroups of waste 20 01 or 15 01 into subgroups, and

Remaining mixture unusable kinds of waste categories other waste classified
for recovery or disposal under the catalog number of independent
kind of waste 20 03 01 Mixed municipal waste.

(2) The waste waste that passes into the system for the disposal of municipal waste
established communities in accordance with § 17 para. 4 of the
Waste collated and included in the Catalogue of waste in accordance with the system | || established municipalities.

(3) The operator of a facility for collection of car wrecks car wreck ranks adopted
under catalog number 16 01 04 *.

(4) During the wrecks car wreck can be classified under catalog number
16 01 04 * after the withdrawal of dangerous parts car wreck and pumping his
operating fluids classified under catalog number 16 01 06.

Procedure for classifying waste to the Waste Catalogue by category

§ 7

(1) Hazardous wastes are marked in the Waste Catalogue "*" symbol.

(2) If the Waste to one kind of waste is assigned two
Waste Code, one of which is classified as hazardous waste and second
not, waste is classified under catalog number by
addition, whether, under § 6 para. 1 point. a) and c) of the Waste Act is a
hazardous waste or not.

(3) hazardous waste properties are assessed according to the concentration of substances in the waste or
unless directly applicable legislation of the European Union on
classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures ^ 2) otherwise, performing
testing laboratories and specialized workplaces
accredited according to standard EN ISO / IEC 17025 conformity assessment - General requirements
the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
In the case of tests on animals and humans must take account of Article 7
directly applicable EU regulations on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures
^ 2).

(4) hazardous waste properties infectivity is assessed on the basis
description of waste generation, the technology expert opinion, which occurs
production or waste treatment and waste characterization in terms of possible content
infectious agent within the meaning of Annex no. 1 of the Decree on the evaluation of hazardous waste properties
^ 3).

§ 8

(1) If the hazardous waste properties assessed on the basis of test
including the use of concentration of hazardous substances specified in the
directly applicable EU regulations on hazardous waste characteristics
^ 4), shall prevail test results.

(2) For hazardous properties HP 4 Irritant, Toxic HP 6 and HP 8 Corrosive
is to assess the limit values for individual substances listed in Annex
directly applicable EU regulations on hazardous waste properties
^ 4). If the substance is present in the waste concentration
which is lower than the limit value, shall be included in any calculation of limit values
.
