The DECREE
of 11 December. February 2016,
amending Decree No 243/2009 Coll., on the establishment of the list of persons with
indication of their workplaces, for whose activity does not require a permit to
the treatment of addictive substances and preparations containing them in the text of the
Decree No. 28/2013 Sb.
The Ministry of health provides under section 5 (3). 7 of Act No. 167/1998
Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other acts, as amended by
Law No. 407/2001 Coll. and Act No. 362/2004 Coll.:

The annex to Decree-Law No 243/2009 Coll., on the establishment of the list of persons, indicating the
their workplaces, for whose activity does not require a permit to
the treatment of addictive substances and preparations containing them in the text of the
Decree No. 28/2013 Coll., as follows:
