curing the emission limits for discharges instead. The emission limits for

the discharge of industrial waste water containing especially dangerous substances

to drain the water, according to section 16 of the Act provides for the water management authority in place

the outflow from the plant in which the waste water arise, if the

provides a space for a discharge referred to in paragraph 1.

(3) the permit for discharges of urban waste water into surface water

provides for curing the emission limits to the amount of emission standards

set out in Table 1a of annex 1 to this regulation, or

emission limits the efficiency of cleaning according to the values listed in Table 1b

Annex 1 to this regulation. Curing provides for each

indicator of pollution, only one of these types of emission limits; in one

a decision is possible types of emission limits for the various indicators of pollution

combine.

(4) water management authority shall not apply the emission limits laid down minimum

efficiency of cleaning in accordance with Table 1b of annex 1 to this regulation, in

If such a way did due to the resulting

the concentration of pollution in the effluents reach

good condition of the water body to which waste water is discharged, or

caused the deterioration of the status of the water body.

section 7 of the

(1) if the waste water at the entrance to the municipal waste

water share of industrial waste water or industrial waste

municipal water dry cleaning with the use of imported and disposed of

the technology of the wastewater treatment plant, provides indicators of pollution in the water management office

the effluents, including the nature and frequency of the monitoring, in the

scope of the assessment of the effectiveness of pollution disposal or with

taking into account the quantity, type, and composition of dismantled waste water

or waste provides for selected indicators of pollution emission limits in the

the effluents.

(2) The municipal sewage treatment plant can be disposed of

industrial waste water only in the case that contained pollution

the technology is used on the treatment plant removable and if no

negative effect on the stability of the cleaning process and the deterioration of the quality of

discharged waste water.

(3) when allowing the discharge of industrial waste water into the water

surface curing lays down emission limits according to the type of production

maximum amount of the emission standards specified in tables 2 and 3

Annex 1 to this regulation. For devices referred to in the law on integrated

Prevention ^ 10) establishes the authority for water management indicators, which are covered

in the decisions of the conclusions on best available techniques ^ 11),

emission limits up to the values set out in these

decisions.

(4) if it is not in table 2 of annex 1 to this regulation, the pointer appears,

curing may in justified cases lay down in the permit to

the discharge of industrial waste water treatment method and frequency of the monitoring of this

a pointer to a specific period of time, and after evaluation of the monitoring may

taking into account the indicators referred to in annex 3 to this regulation, the emission

the limit for this indicator.

(5) the authority shall lay down in the water right permit for discharges of industrial

waste water treatment for the individual indicators of pollution whether or not their

nepřekročitelné value of "m".

§ 8

(1) for the acceptance of waste water discharges containing dangerous

substances or particularly dangerous substances not listed in annex No. 1 to the

This regulation lays down to the water surface curing emission

mutatis mutandis, to the limits the emission standards of a similar degree of pollution indicators

the harmfulness.

(2) When permitting the discharge of effluent containing especially dangerous

substances into the sewer system provides for curing the emission limits, mutatis mutandis, to the

the emission standards laid down in annex 1 to this regulation,

up to the limits set by the order of the sewerage drains for

public use ^ 5).

(3) the authorisation of discharges of waste water containing indicators

pollution not listed in annex 1 or in annex No. 3 to this

their degree of exceedance shall not exceed the values specified in annex 5 to the

of this regulation.

(2) emission standards "m" shown in Table 1a of annex 1 to this

Regulation and the "m" emission limits laid down in the permit to the Office of the vodoprávním

waste water discharges are miles away.

(3) emission standards set as the annual prorated amount discharged

pollution in units of mass per unit mass of the substance or

raw materials used in production or product listed in table 2 of the annex No.

1 to this regulation, the emission limits laid down for them vodoprávním

authority in the authorisation for the discharge of waste water are miles

values.

(4) the emission standards specified in table 3 of annex 1 to this regulation,

as the daily or monthly average concentration of discharged separately

dangerous substances and the daily or monthly pro rata the quantity of discharged

particularly dangerous substances and emission limits laid down by them

vodoprávním authority in the authorisation for the discharge of waste water are

miles values.

§ 10

(1) emission limit set as the minimum efficiency of cleaning is not complied with,

If the number of negative results does not exceed the number specified in the annex

No 5 to this regulation.

(2) for the assessment of compliance with the values in the annual amount discharged

pollution for a specified pollutant or group of substances

laid down in the authorisation for the discharge of waste waters is a crucial product

the annual volume of waste water and the annual arithmetic mean

the average of the results of the analyses of waste water; When assessing compliance with the values

the annual discharge of pollution based on data from the past

of the calendar year.

(3) for the assessment of compliance with the values of the annual maximum amount

discharges, laid down in the authorisation for the discharge of waste

water is a critical ratio calculated the annual amount discharged

the annual amount of pollution substances or raw materials used in the manufacture of

or product; in doing so, the values shall apply for the last calendar year.

(4) for the assessment of compliance with permit to discharge wastewater

tracking shall apply under normal operating conditions.

(5) the emission limits are not complied with in the case that there were

achieved proven zřeďováním waste water.

(6) the emission standards referred to in this regulation and the emission limits laid down

on the basis of this regulation, taking into account the uncertainty of the methods of analysis and sampling

sample, the result of analysis is directly compared with the limit value for the

the pointer.

The measurement of the volume of waste water discharged and the extent of their pollution

§ 11

(1) if the curing emission limit as acceptable efficiency

cleaning, lays down instead of measuring the quality of discharged waste water and the

the entrance to the wastewater treatment plant. If the emission limit is set as

the relative quantity of curing determines both the monitoring and registration

quantities of substances that characterize the production process. This provision shall

not apply to the treatment of waste water via the water announced

works.

(2) the permit for discharges of urban waste water provides water right

the Office of the minimum frequency of monitoring, and the type of sample, according to the values listed in

Annex 4 to this regulation; in the permit for discharges of other species

waste water provides the frequency and type of monitoring of the sample adequately to these

values.

(3) the authorization of discharges from urban waste water treatment plants

waste water treatment in the categories over 2 000 population equivalent provides

curing the frequency and method of monitoring the pollution indicators

pollution of Ncelk and Pcelk in annex 4 to this regulation. In

permits for discharges of urban waste water from sewage treatment plants

over 10 000 population equivalent provides water right

the Office of the frequency and method of monitoring pollution in the variable N-NH4 + by

of annex 4 to this regulation. In the authorization for the discharge of urban

waste water from sewage treatment plants in the category of over 100 000

population equivalent provides the frequency and method of curing

pollution monitoring in the pollution indicators total organic carbon

(TOC) in accordance with annex 4 to this regulation.

(4) a permit to discharge wastewater containing especially dangerous

substances may curing, the application for the purposes of determining the polluter

the frequency of sampling to deduct the amount of especially dangerous substances

contained in the collected water from the quantity of this substance discharged in

the waste water. Thus curing progresses only if that

pollution of the water collected especially hazardous substances did not cause his

the activities of the applicant.

(5) the amount of pollution in the water collected in accordance with paragraph 4 shall be calculated

as the product of the annual volume of water abstracted and the annual average concentration of

pollution is a calculated as the arithmetic mean of all samples collected

for the calendar year. If the collected water is used to readout for more

pollution sources, divides the amount of pollution in the water management office

indicators of pollution for the purposes of the deduction in the ratio of volumes discharged

waste water treatment for individual sources of pollution. Curing can

subtract the amount of pollution that is contained only in such quantities removed

the water, which corresponds to the quantity of discharged waste water.

§ 12

(1) the sampling must be evenly distributed over the entire

the calendar year, even if that takes more than the minimum

the number of samples provided for in this regulation; It does not apply to controlled or

irregular discharge of waste water and discharge of waste water from

kampaňových productions, for which tracking method provides for curing

adequately to the requirements of this regulation and to the local conditions.

(2) When permitting the discharge of effluent containing separately

hazardous substances listed in table 3 of annex 1 to this regulation,

water surface provides a way of curing their monitoring on the

the basis of 24-hour composite samples while the daily measurement

the volume of discharged waste water. Monthly averages of concentrations and

the proportional amount is determined on the basis of a daily measurement of concentrations,

the volume of wastewater and the values that characterise the production of. When the authorisation of the

the discharge of industrial waste water containing these separately

hazardous substances in quantities less than the quantities laid down in the

table 3 of annex 3 to this regulation, curing

the method of monitoring them adequately to local conditions.

(3) the authorisation of discharges of waste water containing separately

dangerous substances not listed in table 3 of annex 1 to this

Regulation and waste waters containing hazardous substances into water

surface provides a way of curing their monitoring frequency

12 donations pooled 24-hour samples per year for the current measurement

the volume of discharged waste water with monitoring concentrations and quantities

These substances. When determining how to monitor the curing stems from

their degree of harmfulness, the discharged quantity per time period

concentrations in the effluents, local conditions and

the requirements of this regulation. If you cannot, for example, because of the discontinuous

discharge provided for the type of sampling performed, provides for curing

the method and frequency of monitoring individually.

(4) the authorisation of discharges of waste water containing separately

dangerous substances into the sewer system provides a way of curing their

Similarly, the measurement procedure referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.

(5) the authorisation of discharges of waste water containing harmful substances

not listed in annex 1 to this regulation lays down the method of their

measurement of curing, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 3.

section 13

(1) if the waste water before discharge to surface water and cleaned

curing laying down emission limit as the minimum efficiency of cleaning,

must be in the same time, samples of waste water at the entrance to the

wastewater treatment plant and to discharge into surface water. This

the provisions shall not apply to treatment of waste water via the

announced works.

(2) curing in wastewater discharge permit shall determine the place

and how to measure the volume of effluent discharged, and for each

discharge of waste water. If the system is used to measure the volume of the gauge with the

the free surface, taking into account the amount of discharged waste water

It also sets out a time interval for checking the eligibility of the measuring system,

and with the frequency of a maximum of 6 years. Control measurement system can

perform only the measuring group, having the authorization for the performance of official

measurement of the flow meters with surface ^ 12).

(3) unless the wastewater treatment plants under 500 population equivalent

installed measuring the amount of discharged waste water,

the quantity of discharged waste water according to the data collected from the water meter.

If the water meter is installed, the target of a number of annual needs

water ^ 13).
