The energy regulatory authority in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). d) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the performance of State administration in energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No. 9/2015 of 29 June. December 2015, fixing the

support for the supported power source.



According to § 17 paragraph. 9 Energy Act published an energy regulatory

Office of price decision No. 9/2015 in the energy regulatory Journal of

29 April. December 2015, in the amount of 10. The date of the publication referred to has

the validity of the price decision. The effectiveness of the above has a price

a decision on 1 May 2004. January 2016.
