REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT



of 18 July 2003. January 2016,



amending Government Decree No. 361/2007 Coll., laying down

conditions for the protection of health at work, as amended



The Government decrees referred to in section 21 (a). and Act No 309)/2006 Coll., amending

governing the additional requirements for safety and health at work in the

labour relations and ensure the safety and protection of health

in the activities or the provision of services outside of the employment relationships Act (

to provide the conditions of health and safety at work), and

for the implementation of Act No. 262/2006 SB., labour code, as amended

legislation:



Article. (I)



In the regulation of the Government No. 361/2007 Coll., laying down the conditions of protection

health at work, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 68/2010 Coll., regulation

No 93/2012 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 9/2013 Coll., section 12 of the following

the new section 12a, which including the footnotes 24 and 25:



"§ 12a



Minors may only students in preparation for the occupation, to the extent

necessary for the fulfilment of framework educational programmes and in maintaining

health protection to deal with



a) hazardous chemicals or chemical mixtures

classified as toxic, substances and mixtures according to the directly applicable

the European Union regulation on chemical substances and chemical mixtures ^ 24),

that have been assigned a class or class and category or categories

acute toxicity hazard categories 3 or toxicity to specific

target organs after single or repeated exposure category 2,

substances and mixtures classified as corrosive as well as substances and

mixtures according to the directly applicable European Union regulation on chemical

the hazards of substances and mixtures H314, classified as high

flammable and extremely flammable, as well as substances and mixtures according to the right

applicable in the European Union regulation on chemical substances and chemical

mixtures of ^ 24) that have been assigned a class and the category of danger

flammable liquids category 1 or 2, or flammable gases category 1 or

2 or aerosols category 1 only under the direct supervision of the continuous

b) chemicals or chemical mixtures classified as

highly toxic substances and mixtures or by directly applicable regulation
