Amending Decree no. 388/2002 Coll., On determining the administrative districts
municipalities with an appointed municipal authority and administrative districts with extended powers
, as amended, and Decree no. 564/2002 Coll.
the districts of the Czech Republic and districts of the capital city of Prague
, as amended

Ministry of the Interior pursuant to § 3 of Act no. 314/2002 Coll., On
determination of municipalities with commissioned local authorities and municipalities with extended powers
, and pursuant to § 1a para. 3 of Law no. 36 / 1960 Coll., on land
state structure, as amended by Act no. 320/2002 Coll .:
PART ONE


Change Decree no. 388/2002 Coll., On determining the administrative districts of municipalities with
appointed municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers
, as amended

Art. I

Decree no. 388/2002 Coll., On determining the administrative districts of municipalities with authorized
municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers,
amended by Decree no. 388/2004 Coll., Decree no. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree no.
445/2008 Coll., Decree no. 486/2009 Coll., Decree no. 316/2010 Coll.
Decree no. 440/2011 Coll. and Decree no. 451/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:

First In § 1 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority
Czech Krumlov, the words "Nová Ves" the words "field in Sumava".

Second In § 2, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Boskovice
words "Knínice u Boskovic" are replaced by "Kninice".

Third In § 3 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority of Karlovy Vary
after the word "Božičany," the word "Bražec".

Fourth In § 3 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority
Island with the words "God's gift," the words "Doupovské Hradiště".

Fifth In § 7 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Boundaries
word "Klokočí," the words "under Luboměř a watchman."

6th In § 7 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Olomouc
word "Croats," the word "Kozlov".

7th In § 7 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Šternberk
after the word "Lausitz," the words "City Libava".

8th In § 10, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority
Kostelec nad Černými Lesy words "Kostelec nad Černými Lesy" is replaced
"Kostelec nad Černými forests".

9th In § 14 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers
Czech Krumlov, the words "Nová Ves" the words "field in Sumava".

10th In § 15 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers Boskovice
words "Knínice u Boskovic" are replaced by "Kninice".

11th In § 16, in the city area with extended powers Karlovy Vary
after the word "Božičany," the word "Bražec".

12th In § 16, in the city area with extended powers for the island
words "God's gift," the words "Doupovské Hradiště".

13th In § 20 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers Boundaries
word "Klokočí," the words "under Luboměř a watchman."

14th In § 20 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended competence Olomouc
word "Croats," the word "Kozlov".

15th In § 20 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended competence Šternberk
word "Lausitz," the words "City Libava".

16th In § 23 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers to Pribram
words "a military area Brdy area" shall be deleted.

17th In § 23 in the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers Ricany
words "Kostelec nad Černými Lesy" is replaced by "Kostelec nad Černými forests
".

Art. II

Annex no. 1 to Decree no. 564/2002 Coll., On the districts
Czech Republic and districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree no.
623/2004 Coll., Decree no. 361/2006 Coll., Decree no. 513/2006 Coll.
Decree no. 445/2008 Coll., Decree no. 486/2009 Coll., Decree no. 316/2010 Coll
. and Decree no. 451/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:

First In the district Blansko words "Knínice u Boskovic 'is replaced by
" Kninice ".


Second In the district of Czech Krumlov, the words "Pohorská Ves," the words
"field in Sumava".

Third In the district of Karlovy Vary, the word "Božičany," the word
"Bražec".

Fourth In the district of Karlovy Vary, the word "Děpoltovice," the words
"Doupovské Hradiště".

Fifth In the district Olomouc after the word "Komarov," the word "Kozlov".

6th In the district Olomouc after the word "Měrotín," the words "City
Libava".

7th In the district of Prague-East, the words "Kostelec nad Černými Lesy"
replace the words "Kostelec nad Černými forests".

8th In the district of Prerov after the word "Lobodice," the words "under Luboměř
guards,".

9th In the district of Pribram, the words "and military training area Brdy" are deleted.

This decree comes into force on 1 January 2016.
