GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 25 June 2002. August 2004,



amending Government Decree No. 322/2002 Coll., laying down

conditions, amount and method of granting a contribution to the solution of social

the consequences of the transformation of Czech railways, State Organization



The Government ordered in accordance with § 36 odst. 2 of the Act No. 77/2002 Coll., on stock

Czech railways, State Organization railway transport

paths and amending Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on rail, as amended

regulations, and Act No. 77/1997 Coll., on State enterprise, as amended by

amended:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 326/2002 Coll., laying down the conditions, amount and

way to provide contribution to the solution of the social consequences of the transformation

Czech railways, State Organization, shall be amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 2, the words "and" shall be deleted.



2. In article 2 (2). 1, the words "31. December 2005 "shall be replaced by ' 31.

December 2008 ".



3. In article 2 (2). 1 the words "termination by the employer or", and

the words "shall satisfy the following additional conditions" shall be deleted.



4. In article 2 (2). 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)), the reference to footnote.

2 inserted after the word "consequences" and the comma shall be replaced by the words "and to the day

the age required for entitlement to a retirement pension ^ 1)

a maximum of 5 years are missing, or ".



5. In article 2 (2). 1 at the end of the text of subparagraph (c)), the words "and to the day

the age required for entitlement to a retirement pension ^ 1)

not more than 5 years "is missing.



6. In paragraph 2, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) an employee who, within a period no longer than 5 years before the date of achievement

the age required for entitlement to a retirement pension ^ 1) meets other

the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (b)), or (c)), will be granted contribution

in the amount of sixty one-tenth of the average monthly

earnings, ^ 4) but not more than 180 000. ".



7. in section 3, paragraph 3. 1, after the words "§ 2 (2). 1 "the words" and 5 ".



8. In section 3, paragraph 3. 2 and 3, the words "paragraph. 3 and 4 "shall be replaced by" paragraph. 3 and

4 or 5 ".



Article II



Contribution claims which arose before the date of application

the effectiveness of this regulation, shall remain unaffected.



Article. (III)



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
