GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 30 March 2004. August 2006



the unilateral abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic

passports of the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro



The Government ordered pursuant to section 181 (a). (b)) of the Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on stay of

aliens in the territory of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by

Act No. 428/2005 Coll., and to the extent directly applicable

Regulation of the European Communities ' ^ 1 '):



§ 1



(1) holders of valid diplomatic passports of the Republic of Serbia may

Enter the territory of the Czech Republic and reside there temporarily without a visa

a period not exceeding 3 months, if it is not the purpose of their stay at his/her

activity.



(2) holders of valid diplomatic passports of the Republic of Serbia, who

they travel on the territory of the Czech Republic as members of the diplomatic mission or

Consular Office of the onset of their functions, they can stay on and stay on

the territory of the Czech Republic for the period of allocation without visas. It

also applies to family members of such persons, who live in the

common household, where they are holding a valid diplomatic

passports of the Republic of Serbia.



§ 2



(1) holders of valid diplomatic passports of the Republic of Montenegro may

§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
