The DECREE



of 23 December 2003. in May 2006,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 333/1997 Coll.,

implementing section 18 (a). and), d), (h)), i), (j)) and to Act No 110)/1997

Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing

some related laws for the mill corn products, pasta,

bakery products and confectionery products and Doughs, as amended by Decree No.

93/2000 Sb.



The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 18, paragraph. 1 (a). and Act No.)

110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing

some related laws, as amended by Act No. 316/2004 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 333/1997 Coll., which implements section

18 (a). and), d), (h)), i), (j)) and to Act No 110)/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs

and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related

laws for the mill corn products, pasta, bakery products and

confectionery and pastry products, as amended by Decree No. 93/2000 Coll., amended

as follows:



1. In section 6 (d)), including footnotes, no 1:



"(d)) egg pasta pasta, to the production of which in addition to

mill cereal products, apply egg or egg products ^ 1),



Footnote No. 1 is referred to as a footnote

No. 2, including links to a footnote.



1 § 2 (b)). (b)) Decree No. 200/2003 Coll., on animal health requirements

for egg products, as amended by Decree No. 638/2004 Coll. ".



2. In section 6 (g)) be deleted.



Subparagraph (h)) to (j)) are referred to as the letters g) to (i)).



3. Footnote 2 shall be added:



"2) Decree No 113/2005 Coll., on the way to the labelling and

tobacco products, as amended by later regulations. ".



4. In article 9, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.



The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.



5. Appendix 5:

Article II



The transitional provisions of the



Packaging manufactured before the entry into force of this decree can be used

until 31 December 2004. in December 2006.



Article. (III)



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. July 2006.
