REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT

amending Regulation No 565/2006 Coll., on the emoluments
the soldiers of the occupation, as amended
The Government decrees referred to in section 23, paragraph. 1 (a). (b)) of the Act No. 143/1992 Coll., on the
salary and remuneration for stand-by duty in the budget and, in some
other organisations and bodies, as amended by law No 40/1994 Coll.
Act No. 217/2000 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government regulations No 565/2006 Coll., determining the emoluments of the soldiers of the occupation,
as amended by Decree-Law No 336/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 131/2008
Coll., regulation of the Government No. 131/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 134/2009 Sb.
Regulation of the Government No. 200/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 376/2010 Coll. and
Government Regulation No. 45/2011 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 5 (3). 2 with the number "3" is replaced by "5".
2. In article 5 (3). 4, the words "Annex No 1, 2 or 3" shall be replaced by the words
"the annexes 1 to 5".
3. In article 6, paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) a soldier, who is a medical professional ^ 10a) providing
health services health services provider that is not
contributory organisations, or in the center of the air rescue service,
