Dated February 1, 1926,

Which is given in the interim force of the Agreement between the Republic
Czechoslovak Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on
vyclívání English forms of advertising.

With the approval of the President of the Republic is given on the basis of Government Resolution
under § 1 of the Law of 12 October 1925, no. 215 Sb. a. and n., on
business relations with foreign countries, in the interim force and effect from 1 February 1926
attached Agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on vyclívání English advertising || | printed matter, concluded by an exchange of notes at Prague on 1 February 1926.

Mr. Minister, I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that the Czechoslovak Government
compliant desire of the Government of His Britannic Majesty, that you deigned
arise agrees that advertising forms with English text,
falling in numbers 298-300 Czechoslovak customs tariff that have
solely for the purpose of recommending to the products of industry of Great Britain because they are
instructions for use of said products, benefited from this moment on importation into Czechoslovakia
50% discount from the customs duty on appropriate entries
customs tariff.

In accordance with the above provisions will be provided the same benefits
If as the conditions of Art. IX. and X.
business agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
of 14 July 1923 on the forms imported from India or other
self-governing dominions, colonies, possessions, protectorates or || | mandate of His Britannic Majesty.

Vyrozumívaje Your Excellency of the above, please kindly to me
announced that the Government of His Majesty.

His Britannic Majesty in Prague.

Minister,

Letter of today's date you deigned me to advise that the Czechoslovak Government,
satisfactory wish of my government agrees to advertising forms with
English text, numbers within the 298 to 300 of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff
which are solely for the purpose of recommending to the products of industry
Great Britain because the instructions for use of said products, benefited from this moment
imported into Czechoslovakia 50% discount from the duty borne by the
relevant item of the customs tariff.

In accordance with the above provisions will be provided the same benefits
If as the conditions of Art. IX. and X.
business agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
of 14 July 1923 on the forms imported from India or other
