The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that on 11 July. July

1991 was in Caracas agreed to the exchange of notes agreement between the Government of the Czech and

Slovak Federal Republic and the Government of the Republic of Venezuela

the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and service

passports. Agreement entered into force, pursuant to article VIII of the day

August 15, 1991.

Dear Sir,



in order to strengthen the cordial friendly relations that exist between the

I have the honour to propose to your Excellency on behalf of his Government the closure Arrangements

on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service

passports of the following texts:



Article I



Citizens of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and State citizens

The Venezuelan Republic, holders of diplomatic and service passports, may

travel and reside in the territory of the other contracting party without a visa.



Article II



1. The persons covered by article I of this Agreement, may reside

on the territory of the other contracting party without a visa after a period of uninterrupted 30

(30) days.



2. the members of the diplomatic mission or consular post of a Contracting

the parties on the territory of the other Contracting Party, who hold a diplomatic

and service passports, may stay in the territory of the other contracting party without a visa

throughout the duration of the official action of a member of such a mission.



3. the members of the family living in a common household with members

the diplomatic mission or consular post who are holders of

diplomatic and service passports, may stay in the territory of the other Contracting

parties without a visa for the duration of the official action of a member of such

the mission.



Article III



The persons referred to in article I of this arrangement can cross State

the boundaries at all border crossing points intended for international

travel.



Article IV



1. The persons covered by this arrangement, subject to applicable laws

and regulations of the State concerning the entry and residence of aliens, as well as

the exercise of gainful employment.



2. The provisions of this Agreement shall not prejudice the right of each Contracting

the parties deny entry or residence of persons whose presence on the territory of the

the parties, concerning the entry and exit of persons on the territory of the two Contracting Parties.



Article VI



Each Contracting Party may, for reasons of public order, safety or

the protection of the health of the whole or in part to interrupt the implementation of this agreement.

Interrupt and termination shall be notified without delay through diplomatic channels

Article VII



1. the competent authorities of the two Contracting Parties shall exchange through diplomatic channels

patterns of travel documents referred to in article I of this Agreement, including

data on their application within thirty days from the date of signature of this

Article VIII
