amending and supplementing Decree of the Czech Mining Authority no. 22/1989

Coll. on safety and health at work and the safety in the

mining activities and mining of non-reserved minerals underground, in the

The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to section 6 (1). 6 (a). Czech law)

Article. (I)



Decree of the Czech Mining Authority no. 22/1989 Coll., on safety and protection of the

occupational health and safety in mining activities and in the

mining of non-reserved minerals underground, as amended by decrees no. 477/1991

Coll., no 340/1992, no. 3/1994 Coll. and 54/1996 Coll., amending and

supplemented as follows:



1. in section 4, the following new Section 4a, which including the title:

8. § 187 including title:

9. In section 216, paragraph 1 shall be deleted; at the same time repealed numbering

paragraphs.
