amending Decree No 471/2001 Coll., on technickobezpečnostním

supervision of water



The Ministry of agriculture provides under section 61, paragraph. 3 and section 62, paragraph. 2

Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and on amendments to certain acts (the water

Act), as amended by Act No 150/2010 Sb.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 471/2001 Coll., on technickobezpečnostním the supervision of water

parts, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In article 1, the words "for each category of works,

modifies "shall be replaced by" and the procedure for their inclusion in the categories ",
