amending Decree No. 4/2008 Coll., laying down the types and
the conditions for the use of additives and extraction solvents in the manufacture of
food
The Ministry of health shall lay down according to the § 19 paragraph. 1 (a). and the law)
No. 110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and about the change and
addition of related laws, as amended by law No 306/2000
Coll., Act No. 146/2002 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll. and Act No.
120/2008 Coll.:

Decree No. 4/2008 Coll., laying down the types and terms of use
additives and extraction solvents in food production,
amended as follows:

2. Article 3 is deleted.
3. In article 4, paragraphs 3, 4, 6 and 7 shall be deleted.
The present paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 3.
4. section 5 is repealed.
5. In article 6, paragraphs 2 and 4 shall be deleted.
The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2 and paragraph 5
and 6 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
6. In article 7, paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be deleted and shall be deleted at the same time indication
of paragraph 1.
7. in annex No 1 in a note with the word "Dye" is replaced by
"Substance" and the word "dye" shall be replaced by the word "Substance".
8. in annex 3, the entry "Carcases processed body carcass
and poultry carcasses processed body, either whole or divided (only for the treatment of
the surface) "be deleted, and the name of the item" the bread (all kinds of prepared
exclusively from flour, water, salt, yeast or sourdough starter and salt) "is replaced by
the name "bread prepared from only the wheat flour, water, yeast, or
sourdough starter and salt ".
