on the agreement on cultural cooperation between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

of the Republic and the Government of the Yemen Arab Republic



30 March. May 1980 in Prague was signed the agreement on cultural cooperation

between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Yemen

Arab Republic. According to its article 10 of the agreement became effective on the date of

the signature.

The agreement



on cultural cooperation between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

of the Republic and the Government of the Yemen Arab Republic



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Yemen Arab

of the Republic,



Desiring to facilitate and develop cooperation and exchanges in the field of

culture, education, science and health care between the two countries,



convinced that such cooperation will contribute to the strengthening of the good

of their mutual relations,



have decided to conclude an agreement on cultural cooperation and for this purpose,

have agreed as follows:



Article 1



The Contracting Parties shall encourage the development of cooperation and exchange of experience

among the scientific, cultural, educational, medical and other

institutions of the two countries, and in order to allow mutual visits

University professors, scientists, teachers, secondary and vocational schools and

the staff of the other institutions.



Article 2



Each Contracting Party shall, in accordance with their capabilities and scholarships

other benefits to nationals of other Contracting Parties and allow them to

study on the universities, art schools, technical schools

and other institutions.



Article 3



The Contracting Parties will expand cultural contacts between the two countries,

in particular, organize musical and artistic performances, lectures,

artistic, archaeological and scientific exhibition, as well as mutual visits

cultural delegations, artists and cultural workers.



Article 4



The Contracting Parties will promote cooperation and exchanges in the field of body

education, sports and sports tourism, including exchanges of sports

the delegations.



Article 5



The Contracting Parties shall examine the possibility of mutual recognition of diplomas and the scientific
