LEGAL MEASURES



of the Presidium of the Czech National Council



of 11 December. in June 1992,



amending and supplementing Act of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on

the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of State administration of the Czech

Republic, as amended



The Bureau of the Czech National Council is meeting in accordance with article. paragraph 121. 3

Constitutional Act No. 143/1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on this

legal measures:



Article. (I)



The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other

the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Republic, the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL as amended by law No.

34/1970 Coll., the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No. 60/1988 Coll. of the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No. 173/1989 Coll.,

the legal measures of the Presidium of the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL No. 9/1990 Coll., the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No.

126/1990 Coll., the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No. 288/1990 Coll., legal measures

Bureau of the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL No. 305/1990 Coll., the CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No. 575/1990 Coll., Act

The CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL No. 169/1991 Coll. and CZECH NATIONAL COUNCIL Act No. 283/1991 Coll., amending and supplementing

as follows:



In section 3, paragraph 3. 4 are deleted the words "maritime transport", the word "River"

replaced by the word "inland" and at the end of the sentence with the words "connect with

the exception of air transport ".



Article II



This statutory measure shall take effect on the date of publication.
