The Czech National Bank



of 6 December. August 1997



on the issue of banknotes of 50 Czk model 1997



The Czech National Bank provides under section 22 (b). and the law of the Czech national)

the Council No 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:



§ 1



(1) on 10 December. September 1997 shall be issued into circulation banknotes of 50 Czk model

1997.



(2) Bills of 50 Czk model 1997 from CZK 50 banknotes after the model 1993 ^ 1)

and from CZK 50 banknotes after the 1994 model ^ 2) used bankovkovým

paper, protective registration marks and year release

banknotes.



§ 2



(1) Bankovkový the paper used for printing banknotes of 50 Czk model 1997

equipped with visible Orange protective fibres with a length of 6 mm.



(2) the trade mark registration for banknotes of 50 Czk model 1997 has in

seen against the light form the letters "CR" located in the white circular

the desktop. Part of the protective registration marks visible on the front is

printed in grey colour and is located in the upper right of the print

shape notes. Part of the protective registration marks visible on the reverse

side is printed in the color Crimson, and is located in the top left

print shapes.



(3) the year of issue of the banknote is printed on the front of the printing of the

area and is marked with the number "1997".



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. September 1997.
