GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Decree No. 416/2002 Coll., laying down the amount of the

levy and the manner of its payment to the originator of radioactive waste on nuclear

account and the annual amount of the contribution to municipalities and its supply rules, as amended by

amended



The Government directs pursuant to section 27 para. 4 (b). and section 27, paragraph 1). 7 and 11 of the Act

No. 18/1997 Coll. on peaceful uses of nuclear energy and ionising

radiation (Atomic Act), and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by

Act No. 13/2002 Coll. and Act No. 250/2006:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 431/2002 Coll., laying down the amount of the levy and the way

of its payment to the originator of radioactive waste at the nuclear account and annual amount of

the contribution of the municipalities and the provision of the rules, as amended by Decree-Law No.

46/2005 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 341/2009 Coll. and Decree-Law No.

461/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 2 (a). and the amount of ') $15 360 ' is replaced by ' 30

$906 ".



2. In article 2 (2). 2 (a). (b)), the amount "Eur 17 140 ' is replaced by ' 34

488 CZK ".



3. § 2 paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) the amount of the levy referred to in paragraph 2 (a). and a) and b), starting with 1.

January 2016 each calendar year increase by increments of 2% compared to the year

immediately preceding. ".



4. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 introductory part of the provisions, the amount "Eur 3 000 000"

shall be replaced by "Eur 4 000 000.



5. In section 4, paragraph 4. 4, the second sentence is replaced by the phrase "first post village

Article. (II)



Transitional provisions

2. the compensation referred to in section 4, paragraph 4. 1 Government Regulation No 416/2002 Coll., as amended by

effective from the date of entry into force of this regulation, shall be the first time in the village

the effective date of this regulation.



3. the storage of radioactive waste management, informs about the adjusted amount of the

contribution within 1 month from the date of entry into force of this regulation the municipality,

that has to be the year 2016, receive aid from the nuclear account pursuant to § 4

paragraph. 1 Government Regulation No 416/2002 Coll., in the version in force from the date of acquisition

the effectiveness of this regulation.
