The DECREE



of 24 June. November 2015,



amending Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin management plans and plans for

flood risk management, as amended by Decree No. 49/2014 Sb.



The Ministry of agriculture and the Ministry of the environment shall establish

According to § 25 paragraph. 2 and § 26 paragraph. 2 of the Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and the

amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No 150/2010 Sb.

(hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):



Article. (I)



Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin management plans and plans for the management of

flood risk, as amended by Decree No. 49/2014 Sb, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 5 (a). l), the words ' p-DDT ' is replaced by ' p '-DDT "and the word

"tetrachloroethylene" shall be inserted after the words "carbon tetrachloride".



2. In article 12 the following paragraphs 9 and 10, which including the footnotes

No. 18:



"(9) for the substances listed under numbers 2, 5, 15, 20, 22, 23, 28 Annex No 6

(b)) a description and justification changes the definition of water bodies,



(c)) of the map location and boundaries of water bodies,



d) maps ecoregions, lakes of and types of surface water,



e) terms of reference for a surface water body types



(f) the rationale for the exclusion of certain ingredients) quality evaluation of organic

the State,



(g) a description of the approaches and methodological) procedures used for determining the mixing

zones.



1.2. for underground water
