The Czech National Bank



of 7 June. July 1995



on the issue of gold coins after 1000 Czk



The Czech National Bank provides under section 22 (b). and the law of the Czech national)

the Council No 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:



§ 1



(1) on 4 December 2004. October 1995 shall be issued to the circulation of gold coin with the theme

"Czech Crown" after 1000 Czk (hereinafter referred to as "coin" 1000 Czk).



(2) the coin 1000 Czk, making gold the purity of 999.9. The weight of the coin 1000

$ 3.111 is g, the diameter of 16 mm and thickness 1.1 mm. The edge of the coin is 1000 Czk

milled. During the excavation of the coin 1000 Czk is permitted deviation in average

0.2 mm up and down, up and down in the power of 0.15 mm, weight up

0.031 g and in the purity of gold up 0.01%.



(3) $ 1000 Coins may be minted in a specific implementation of the specified

for collector's purposes with the polished coins and Matt field relief and with the

smooth edge. The excavation of the coin 1000 Czk in special design are

set the same fineness, diameter, weight and thickness of a coin and the same

tolerances as the coin 1000 Czk in the current implementation.



§ 2



(1) on the obverse of the coin of CZK 1000 is in the central part of the Silesian Eagle. On

the outer ring, inside the limited line and reel and bead, while

copy the name of the State, "the CZECH REPUBLIC". Under the Silesian Eagle is a border

annulus interrupted by marking the face value of the coins is the acronym

the monetary unit in the two lines "$ 1000". The year of mintage coins is

located under the wings of the Silesian Eagle chain so that the first dvoučíslí

the year is left and the other dvoučíslí on the right. The mint mark, which

coin 1000 Czk coined, is located on the bottom right between the claws of the Eagle and

the outer border.



(2) on the reverse of the coin of CZK 1000 is in the central part of the reverse side of the theme

třídukátu the Silesian States of 1621 with the inscription "čtyřřádkovým MONET

AVREA SILESIAE 12 1/2 a TALE ". Below him is in one line mark pure

the weight of the coins in the troyských ounces with an indication of the mass unit

"1/10 OZ" and the indication of metal coins and its purity, "Au 999.9". On

the outer ring, inside the limited line and reel and bead is at the top of the

a copy of the text, i.e. "KORUNA ČESKÁ", expressing the theme of coins. In

the lower part of the outer ring is a small plant decor with squares on both

regions. The author of the design of the coin of CZK 1000 is an academic sculptor Vladimír

Oppl. The initials of his name "VO" are located at the bottom of the coin

in the middle of the plant theme.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of 15. September 1995.
