The DECREE



The Czech Office of work safety



and the Czech Mining Authority



of 11 December. June 1982,



amending and supplementing Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., on professional

competence in electrical engineering



The Czech Office of work safety according to § 5 (3). 1 (a). (d)) of law No.

174/1968 Coll., on State specialized supervision of work safety, and Czech

mining Office under section 57, paragraph. 1 (a). (d)) of law No 41/1957 Coll. on

the use of mineral wealth (the top Act) and under section 10 (a). and)

the Czech National Council Act No 24/1972 on the Organization and on the extension of

the supervision of the State Mining Authority, in agreement with the competent authorities, shall lay down:



Article. (I)



Decree of the Czech Office of work safety and the Czech Mining Authority no.

50/1978 Coll., on professional competence in electrical engineering, and

supplemented as follows:



section 17 reads:



"(1) the certificates to perform revision of electrical equipment issued before 1.

January 1979 applies to 30.6.1983.



(2) the Organization shall be obliged to request a new certificate for your

workers made within 31.12.1982.



(3) the Employee logs in to the test organization (section 9), which is in the

employment relationship.



(4) certificates issued before 1. in January 1979, the authorities of the State Mining Authority

remain in force, unless the authorized personnel undergo

before the examination by the competent authority of the State mining authority to 30. June

1983. ".



Article II



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. September 1982.
