The DECREE



of 10 June 1999. December 2015



amending Decree No 441/2013 Coll., to implement the law on pricing

property (the valuation Ordinance), as amended by Decree No 199/2014 Sb.



The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with § 33 paragraph. 1 Act No. 151/1997 Coll.,

about the valuation of the assets and on the amendment to certain acts, as amended by Act No.

303/2013 Coll., to implement section 3 to 13, section 15 to section 16a and 17:



Article. (I)



Decree No 441/2013 Coll., to implement the law on valuation of assets

(valuation Ordinance), as amended by Decree No 199/2014 Sb, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In article 3 (a). (b)) of the point 2, the words "coefficient" shall be replaced by "value

2. In section 3, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following

paragraph 2, which reads as follows:

5. In section 4, paragraphs 5 and 6 are added:

12. In section 8 paragraph 3 reads:

14. In article 9, paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be added:

15. In section 9, at the end of paragraph 6 the following sentence "this price can be

per m2.



16. In section 9, paragraph 7 shall be deleted.



17. In article 11, the words "in accordance with § 11" shall be replaced by the words "in accordance with § 12.



18. In section 30, paragraph. 6, the words "10% as a result of the moral wear and tear"

replaced by the words "by 5% because of the moral wear and tear. The moral
