Establishing protective zones of natural medicinal resources bearings peloid
Labiště spa town Lazne Tousen and defining specific protective measures


Ministry of Health, pursuant to § 46 para. 3 point. b)
Law no. 164/2001 Coll., On natural healing sources, sources
natural mineral water, natural spas and spa locations and
amending certain related acts (Spa Act), as amended
amended (hereinafter " spa Act ")

§ 1

Determination of protective zones

(K § 21, 22 and 23 spa Act)

(1) To protect the natural medicinal resources (hereinafter referred to as the "source") bearing
peloid Labiště spa town Lazne Tousen, Prague-East District, Central Region
, establishing buffer zones I and II. degree.

(2) The protection zone consists of first-degree territory in which the source is located.
It is situated on a plot of plot number 3829 cadastral area
Čelákovice. Protective zone of the first degree is graphically indicated in the copy
cadastral maps at a scale of 1: 2500, which is Annex.
1 to this decree, and the map scale of 1: 10,000, which is Annex.
2 to this Decree.

(3) protective zone II. degree is graphically indicated in the copy of the cadastral
maps at a scale of 1: 2500, which is attached to no. 1 hereto, and
map at a scale of 1: 10,000, which is attached to no. 2 hereto .

(4) Definition of buffer zones I and II. degree in copy
cadastral maps at a scale of 1: 2500 and a basic map of the Czech Republic in scale 1: 10
000 and 1: 50,000 are available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, on
Central Bohemia Region and Čelákovice town office.

§ 2

Defining specific safeguards

(K § 22 and 23 spa Act)

(1) In the area of ​​the protection zone of the first degree is a natural source of healing
unauthorized entry is prohibited.

(2) The protection zone II. degree is prohibited

A) treat especially hazardous substances, or harmful substances in
greater extent or when their treatment is associated with increased
danger to surface water or groundwater ^ 1)

B) discharge waste water into groundwater and disposing of the contents of septic tanks and
močůvkových,

C) establish permanent storage facilities of petroleum products, fertilizers and chemicals
,

D) establish a new park and parking areas without
waterproof coatings and without removal of surface waters through oil separators
substances into the sewer.

§ 3


Transitional provisions
Storage facilities referred to in § 2 para. 2 point. c) established the day
effective date of this decree must be placed above ground in order
can watch instant leakage of the stored substances, within 12 months from the date
effect of this Decree.

§ 4
Efficiency


This decree comes into force on 1 February 2012.
