amending Decree No. 129/2012 Coll., on details of the marketing of seed
and the seed of cultivated plants, as amended by Decree No. 409/2013 Sb.
The Ministry of agriculture provides under section 3 (3). 11, § 3a paragraph. 11, §
3B, paragraph. 7, section 3 c of paragraph 1. 5, § 4, paragraph 4. 15, § 5 (3). 8, § 6 (1). 8, § 6a

Decree No. 129/2012 Coll., on details of the marketing of seed and propagating material
cultivated plants, as amended by Decree No. 409/2013 Coll.,
amended as follows:
1. In footnote 1, the words "Commission directive
93/17/EEC of 30 June. March 1993 on the definition of the classes of the community
basic seed potatoes and of the conditions and the designations applicable to such grades. "

Subsection 2

The label of the supplier or the inscription on the small packages of seed potatoes, category,
