space and under water



On 5 July 2004. August 1963 in Moscow was negotiated, the Treaty on the prohibition of experiments with

nuclear weapons in the atmosphere, in outer space and under water.



The contract was signed on behalf of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in

Moscow, in London and in Washington June 8. August 1963. The Treaty entered

in force pursuant to article III, paragraph 3 of the 10 June. October 1963, i.e.,. in

the day when they deposited their instruments of ratification in Moscow, in London and in the

Washington the Government Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United

Britain and the United States of America.



With the Treaty, the implementation of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist

The Government of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom

Of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America,

Article. (I)



1. Each Contracting Party undertakes to prohibit all test explosions

Article II



1. Any Contracting Party may propose amendments to this Treaty. The text of the
